Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac flakona, przeja- wiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Flakon przeznaczony jest jako opako- wanie do plynów do higieny jamy ustnej lub do pasty do zebów. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia flakon w wi- doku z przodu, fig.2- flakon w widoku z boku, a fig.3- flakon w widoku z dolu. Flakon wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, obejmujacy korpus i nakladke, oddzielone obwodowa linia podzialowa i których sciany boczne sa plaskie, a sciany przednie i tylne sa wypuk- le, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku z przodu oraz w wido-ku z boku, krawedzie korpusu i nakladki, usytuowane pomiedzy scianami przedniami, a scianami bocznnymi oraz pomiedzy scia- nami tylnymi, a scianami bocznymi, tworza lacznie zarysy li- nii falistych. Ponadto w polu sciany przedniej nakladki wi- doczny jest pólkolisty zarys przylegajacy do poziomej obwodo- wej linii podzialowej nakladki. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape. The bottle is intended as a container for oral hygiene liquids or toothpaste. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, fig. 2 - the bottle from the side, and fig. 3 - the bottle from the bottom. A bottle according to the decorative pattern, comprising a body and a cap, separated by a circumferential dividing line, and whose side walls are flat, and whose front and back walls are convex, is characterized in that, in a front and side view, the edges of the body and cap, located between the front walls and the side walls, and between the back walls and the side walls, together form the outlines of wavy lines. Furthermore, in the area of the front wall of the cap, a semicircular outline is visible adjacent to the horizontal circumferential dividing line of the cap.
