Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 29.04.2002 Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka o elastycznej powloce, przeznaczona jako opakowanie wyrobów kosmetycznych i srodków czystosci. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, a takze barwie nadajaca butelce, w polaczeniu z zakretka oryginalny wyglad i nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z dolu, fig. 2 - butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - butelke w widoku z boku, fig.4 - butelke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 5 - butelke w widoku z góry, a fig. 6 - butelki z zakretkami w widoku z przodu, o róznych wielkosciach oraz w róznych kolorach i ich zestawieniach Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Butelka, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiadajaca korpus z gwintowana szyjka i zakretke w ksztalcie przypominajacym grzybka o wypuklej górnej powierzchni i kolorze tej powierzchni takim samym,jak korpus butelki, a takze owalna podstawe, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt splaszczonej bryly o zaokraglonych narozach i krawedziach. Sciany czolowa i tylna sa jednakowo uksztaltowane. Sciany te w widoku z przodu tworza figury, których krawedzie w postaci lagodnych luków, lacza górna czesc korpusu butelki zakonczonego szyjka, z podstawa butelki, przy czym w dolnej czesci luki te zwezaja sie ku srodkowi korpusu butelki, a nastepnie krawedzie te przechodza ostrym lukiem ku zewnetrznej krawedzi, do uzyskania szerokosci równej szerokosci najszerszej czesci korpusu butelki, po czym znów kieruja sie lukiem w kierunku dna butelki. Butelka na scianie czolowej i tylnej ma wytloczenie w postaci zarysu boków butelki. W widoku z boku butelka ma ksztalt czworokata, w którym dwa dluzsze boki sa równe, zas dwa krótsze maja rózna dlugosc, z których bok znajdujacy sie przy podstawie butelki jest dluzszy. Butelka w widoku z góry ma ksztalt owalny. The industrial design is a bottle with a flexible coating, intended for packaging cosmetics and cleaning products. The essence of the design is the new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape and color, which, in combination with the cap, gives the bottle a unique appearance and is suitable for repeated reproduction. The subject of the design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from below, Fig. 2 - the bottle from the front, Fig. 3 - the bottle from the side, Fig. 4 - the bottle from a perspective view, Fig. 5 - the bottle from above, and Fig. 6 - bottles with caps from the front, of various sizes and colors and their combinations. Essential features of the industrial design A bottle, according to the industrial design, having a body with a threaded neck and a mushroom-shaped cap with a convex upper surface and the same color as the body of the bottle, as well as an oval base, is characterized by having the shape of a flattened solid with rounded corners and edges. The front and back walls are identically shaped. In the front view, these walls form figures whose edges, in the form of gentle arcs, connect the upper part of the bottle body, ending with the neck, with the base of the bottle. In the lower part, these arcs narrow towards the center of the bottle body. Then, these edges curve sharply towards the outer edge, reaching a width equal to the width of the widest part of the bottle body, after which they curve again towards the bottom of the bottle. The bottle's front and rear walls are embossed in the form of the outline of the bottle's sides. In the side view, the bottle has a quadrangular shape, in which the two longer sides are equal, while the two shorter sides are of different lengths, of which the side at the base is the longer. In the top view, the bottle has an oval shape.
