Pojemnik Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od 2 czerwca 2000r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pojemnik, przeznaczony glównie do konfekcjonowania kremów kosmetycznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i zdobieniu powierzchni, nadajacych pojemnikowi nowy, oryginalny wyglad, zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych.Przedmiot wzoru zostal zilustrowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym od czola a fig.2 - w widoku od spodu. Pojemnik, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym jest wyposazony w czesc zbiornikowa, laczaca sie u góry z nagwintowana szyjka. Czesc zbiornikowa pojemnika jest uksztaltowana w formie bryly stanowiacej fragment kuli, ograniczonej od góry pozioma powierzchnia, laczaca sie z nagwintowana szyjka. Ponizej poziomej powierzchni znajduje sie obwodowa wkleslosc. Czesc zbiornikowa pojemnika u dolu jest polaczona z postawa. Podstawa pojemnika widoczna jest jako odsunieta od dolnej krawedzi czesci zbiornikowej obwodowa wkleslosc. Dno pojemnika jest wklesle, przypominajace fragment powierzchni sferycznej kuli. PL PLThe right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since June 2, 2000. The design is a container designed primarily for packaging cosmetic creams. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and surface decoration, giving the container a new, original appearance, intended for aesthetic purposes. The design is illustrated in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the container in a perspective view from the front, and Fig. 2 shows a view from the bottom. According to the design, the container is equipped with a reservoir portion connected at the top to a threaded neck. The reservoir portion of the container is shaped like a solid, constituting a fragment of a sphere, bounded at the top by a horizontal surface connecting to the threaded neck. Below the horizontal surface is a circumferential concavity. The reservoir portion of the container is connected to the base at the bottom. The container base is visible as a circumferential concavity offset from the lower edge of the reservoir portion. The container bottom is concave, resembling a fragment of the surface of a spherical ball.
