Buteleczka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od 20 sierpnia 2001r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest buteleczka, przeznaczona glównie do konfekcjonowania lakieru do paznokci. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i zdobieniu powierzchni, nadajacych buteleczce nowy, oryginalny wyglad, zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zilustrowany na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.1 - przedstawiajacej buteleczke w widoku perspektywicznym oraz od spodu a takze na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.2 - prezentuje buteleczke w widoku od czola, natomiast fig. 3 - w widoku od spodu.Buteleczka, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym jest wyposazona u góry w rozmieszczona osiowo nagwintowana szyjke. Szyjka w dolnej czesci posiada obwodowy nadlew, ponizej którego przechodzi w czesc zbiornikowa. Czesc zbiornikowa buteleczki, o pogrubionym w stosunku do pozostalych scianek dnie, przypomina w swej formie stylizowana, przezroczysta szesciokatna kostke z zawarta w niej banka powietrza. Kostka jest utworzona w wyniku sciecia kuli czterema pionowymi sciankami po bokach, dnem od spodu i pozioma powierzchnia od góry. Na poziomej, górnej powierzchni znajduje sie obwodowy nadlew a powyzej szyjka butelki. Boczne scianki czesci zbiornikowej butelki sa gladkie i maja zarys kola. Pozostala powierzchnie czesci zbiornikowej stanowi fragment powierzchni sferycznej kuli. Dno butelki jest wklesle i ma zarys kola z chropowata obwódka na obrzezu. PL PLThe right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since August 20, 2001. The design is a bottle, primarily intended for packaging nail polish. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and surface decoration, giving the bottle a new, original appearance, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The design is illustrated in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, showing the bottle in perspective and from the bottom, and in the attached drawing, where Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the front, and Fig. 3 from the bottom. According to the design, the bottle is equipped with an axially threaded neck at the top. The neck has a circumferential lug at the bottom, below which it transitions into the reservoir section. The reservoir portion of the bottle, with a bottom that is thicker than the other walls, resembles a stylized, transparent hexagonal cube with an air bubble inside. The cube is formed by cutting a sphere with four vertical walls on the sides, a bottom at the bottom, and a horizontal surface at the top. The horizontal, upper surface features a circumferential riser, and above it is the bottle neck. The side walls of the reservoir portion of the bottle are smooth and circular. The remaining surface of the reservoir portion is a fragment of the spherical surface of the sphere. The bottle's bottom is concave and circular with a rough rim.
