Pojemnik Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od 2 czerwca 2000r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pojemnik, przeznaczony glównie do konfekcjonowania kremów kosmetycznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i zdobieniu powierzchni, nadajacych pojemnikowi nowy, oryginalny wyglad, zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zilustrowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia pojemnik w widoku ogólnym z przodu, fig.2 - w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.3 - prezentuje pojemnikw widoku od strony bocznej scianki, natomiast fig.4 - w widoku z przodu. Pojemnik, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym jest wyposazony w czesc zbiornikowa, laczaca sie u góry z nagwintowana szyjka. Czesc zbiornikowa pojemnika jest uksztaltowana w formie bryly przypominajacej lódke. Jest ona utworzona z fragmentu kuli, scietej wzdluz boków stanowiacych przód i tyl pojemnika, wypuklymi na zewnatrz plaszczyznami. Krawedzie ograniczajace te plaszczyzny od góry i od dolu sa lukowo wyprofilowane i lacza sie w narozach. Powyzej plaszczyzn tworzacych przód i tyl pojemnika sa utworzone wkleslosci, najszersze po bokach i zanikajace ku osi pojemnika. Od góry czesc zbiornikowa jest ograniczona pozioma plaszczyzna, laczaca sie z nagwintowana szyjka. Czesc zbiornikowa u dolu jest polaczona z postawa Podstawa pojemnika widoczna jest jako odsunieta od dolnej krawedzi czesci zbiornikowej obwodowa wkleslosc. Dno pojemnika jest wklesle, przypominajace fragment powierzchni sferycznej kuli. PL PLThe right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since June 2, 2000. The design is a container designed primarily for packaging cosmetic creams. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and surface decoration, giving the container a new, original appearance, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The design is illustrated in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the container in a general front view, Fig. 2 in a perspective view, Fig. 3 in a side view, and Fig. 4 in a front view. According to the design, the container is equipped with a reservoir section connected at the top to a threaded neck. The reservoir section of the container is shaped like a boat. It is formed from a fragment of a sphere, truncated along the sides constituting the front and rear of the container, with outwardly convex surfaces. The edges bounding these surfaces from the top and bottom are arc-shaped and connect at the corners. Above the surfaces forming the front and rear of the container are concavities, widest at the sides and tapering towards the container axis. At the top, the container part is bounded by a horizontal plane connecting to a threaded neck. At the bottom, the container part is connected to the base. The base of the container is visible as a circumferential concavity offset from the lower edge of the container part. The bottom of the container is concave, resembling a fragment of the surface of a spherical ball.
