Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 12 sierpnia 2002r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do konfekcjonowania, glównie wód kolonskich i wód toaletowych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac wytworu, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa postac butelki przejawia sie w jej ksztalcie oraz zdobieniu powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l - przedstawia butelke w widoku od spodu, fig.2 - w widoku z przodu, fig.3 - w widoku z boku, natomiast fig.4 - uwidacznia butelke w widoku z góry.Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonana, korzystnie ze szkla. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze butelka zgodnie ze wzorem jest wyposazona u góry w nagwintowana szyjke, laczaca sie z czescia zbiornikowa. Czesc zbiornikowa butelki jest uksztaltowana w formie splaszczonej bryly o zaokraglonych górnych narozach. Podstawa butelki ma zarys owalu. Posrodku czesci zbiornikowej butelki znajduje sie nadlew, tworzacy wypuklosc rozciagajaca sie na przedniej, tylnej oraz górnej sciance, zalamujaca sie u góry obustronnie pod katem prostym. Dolna krawedz nadlewu jest usytuowana w niewielkim oddaleniu od krawedzi podstawy butelki. The industrial design is a bottle intended for packaging, primarily colognes and eau de toilettes. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the product, suitable for multiple reproductions. The new form of the bottle is evident in its shape and surface decoration. The design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the bottom, Fig. 2 from the front, Fig. 3 from the side, and Fig. 4 from the top. The bottle, according to the industrial design, is made, preferably of glass. Among the essential features of the industrial design is that the bottle, according to the design, is equipped with a threaded neck at the top, connecting to the reservoir. The reservoir portion of the bottle is shaped like a flattened block with rounded upper corners. The base of the bottle has an oval outline. In the center of the reservoir portion of the bottle is a riser, creating a convexity extending across the front, rear, and top walls, bending at the top at right angles on both sides. The lower edge of the riser is located slightly away from the edge of the bottle base.
