Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 5 marca 2004r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do konfekcjonowania przede wszystkim wyrobów kosmetycznych, takich jak: perfumy, wody kwiatowe, wody toaletowe, plyny po goleniu. Butelka moze tez znajdowac zastosowanie jako opakowanie innego rodzaju wyrobów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Nowa postac butelki przejawia sie w jej ksztalcie,ukladzie linii i konturach. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 - ilustruje butelke w widoku od czola, fig. 2 - w widoku z boku, zas fig. 3 - w widoku od spodu. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony takze na fotografii, fig.4 - eksponujacej butelke w widoku perspektywicznym. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonana, korzystnie ze szkla. Butelka posiada czesc zbiornikowa, laczaca sie u góry z szyjka Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze czesc zbiornikowa 1 butelki jest uksztaltowana w formie bryly, która przypomina w swej formie splaszczony po bokach stozek. Boczna scianka 2 czesci zbiornikowej 1 jest ukosnie nachylona do podloza a w dolnym odcinku jest usytuowana prostopadle do podloza. Czesc zbiornikowa 1 butelki, zbiezna ku górze, jest zakonczona u góry ukosnie nachylona scianka 3, przechodzaca wzdluz linii lukowej w szyjke 4. Wokól górnej krawedzi szyjki 4 rozciaga sie pierscien 5. Dno 6 butelki oraz boczna scianka 3 u dolu, az do zaniku ku górze sa pogrubione. Pogrubienie 7 jest utworzone z warstwy materialu. The industrial design is a bottle intended primarily for packaging cosmetic products, such as perfumes, floral waters, eau de toilettes, and aftershaves. The bottle may also be used as packaging for other types of products. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, imbued with the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and material. The new form of the bottle is manifested in its shape, arrangement of lines, and contours. The bottle, according to the design, is suitable for multiple reproductions. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 from the side, and Fig. 3 from the bottom. The design is also presented in a photograph, Fig. 4, which displays the bottle from a perspective view. The bottle, according to the industrial design, is preferably made of glass. The bottle has a reservoir section that connects to the neck at the top. Among the essential features of the industrial design is that the reservoir section 1 of the bottle is shaped like a solid, resembling a cone flattened on the sides. The side wall 2 of the reservoir section 1 is diagonally inclined to the ground and is perpendicular to the ground in its lower section. The reservoir section 1 of the bottle, tapering upwards, terminates at the top with a diagonally inclined wall 3, which continues along an arc into the neck 4. A ring 5 extends around the upper edge of the neck 4. The bottom 6 of the bottle and the side wall 3 at the bottom are thickened until they disappear upward. The thickening 7 is made of a layer of material. The bottle has a recess 8 at the bottom, which, visible from the front, has a semicircular outline.
