Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest buteleczka, przeznaczona do konfekcjonowania przede wszystkim perfum i olejków zapachowych. Buteleczka moze tez znajdowac zastosowanie jako opakowanie towarów innego rodzaju. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Nowa postac buteleczki przejawia sie w jej ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i konturach. Buteleczka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym, przedstawiona w dwóch odmianach, nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - ilustruje buteleczke w widoku od czola, odmiana 1, fig.2 - w widoku z boku, odmiana 1, fig.3 - pokazuje buteleczke w widoku od czola, odmiana 2, fig.4 - w widoku z boku, odmiana 2. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony takze na fotografii, fig. 5 - eksponujacej buteleczke w widoku perspektywicznym, odmiana 1 i odmiana 2. Buteleczka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonana, korzystnie ze szkla. Posiada ona czesc zbiornikowa, laczaca sie u góry z szyjka. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, odmiana 1, nalezy zaliczyc, ze czesc zbiornikowa 1 buteleczki jest uksztaltowana w formie bryly, która przypomina w swej formie stylizowane serce. Posrodku scianki frontowej 2 czesci zbiornikowej 1 jest rozmieszczony obwodowy nadlew 3 o zarysie stylizowanego serca. Frontowa scianka 2, powyzej obwodowego nadlewu 3 oraz tylna scianka 4, na tej samej wysokosci maja rowki 5 rozchodzace sie na boki w forme litery „V". Powyzej rowków 5 znajduje sie obv odowa wypuklosc 6, przechodzaca w nagwintowana szyjke 7 z pierscieniem 8 u dolu i spiralnie ukladajacymi sie nadlewami 9 powyzej. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle, primarily intended for packaging perfumes and fragrance oils. The bottle may also be used as packaging for other types of goods. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and materials. The new form of the bottle is manifested in its shape, arrangement of lines, and contours. The bottle, in accordance with the industrial design, is presented in two variants and is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the bottle in a frontal view, variant 1; Fig. 2 - in a side view, variant 1; Fig. 3 - shows the bottle in a frontal view, variant 2; Fig. 4 - in a side view, variant 2. The subject of the design is also shown in a photograph, Fig. 5 - showing the bottle in a perspective view, variants 1 and 2. The bottle, in accordance with the industrial design, is made, preferably of glass. It has a reservoir part, connected at the top to the neck. Among the significant features of the industrial design, variant 1, is that the reservoir part 1 of the bottle is shaped like a block, resembling a stylized heart. In the middle of the front wall 2 of the container part 1 there is a circumferential riser 3 in the shape of a stylized heart. The front wall 2, above the circumferential riser 3, and the rear wall 4 have grooves 5 at the same height, extending sideways in the shape of the letter "V". Above the grooves 5 there is a circumferential bulge 6, which turns into a threaded neck 7 with a ring 8 at the bottom and spirally arranged risers 9 above. The essential features of the industrial design, variant 2, include that the container part 1 of the bottle is shaped in the form of a block, which in its shape resembles a stylized heart. In the middle of the front wall 2 of the container part 1 there is a circumferential riser 3 in the shape of a stylized heart. The front wall 2, above the circumferential riser 3, and the rear wall 4 have grooves 5 at the same height, extending sideways in the form of the letter "V".
