Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, znajdujaca zastosowanie glównie do konfekcjonowania wyrobów perfumeryjnych. Moga to byc perfumy, wody kwiatowe, wody kolonskie, dezodoranty osobiste lub inne plynne wyroby kosmetyczne. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.l - pokazujacej butelke w widoku ogólnym oraz na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.2 - prezentuje butelke w widoku od spodu, fig. 3 - uwidacznia butelke w widoku z boku, zas fig.4 - ilustruje butelke w widoku z góry. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym moze byc wykonana ze szkla lub z tworzyw sztucznych. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawionego na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.l oraz na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.2, fig.3 i j fig.4 nalezy zaiiczyc, ze butelka ma ksztalt bryly o sciankach bocznych1 lukowo wyprofilowanych i zbieznych ku podstawie 2, przy czym podstawa 2 ma zarys kota. Biyle butelki od góry tworzy wznoszaca sie ukosnie ze wszystkich kierunków ku rozmieszczonej posrodku szyjce 3 górna scianka 4. Górna scianka 4 butelki ma w widoku z góry zarys kwadratu. These may include perfumes, floral waters, colognes, personal deodorants, or other liquid cosmetic products. The essence of the design is the product's new and individual form, imparted by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and materials. According to the industrial design, the bottle is suitable for multiple reproductions. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, showing the bottle in a general view, and in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 2 shows the bottle from below, Fig. 3 shows the bottle from the side, and Fig. 4 illustrates the bottle from above. According to the industrial design, the bottle may be made of glass or plastic. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The essential features of the industrial design shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, and the attached drawings, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4, include that the bottle has the shape of a solid with arc-shaped side walls 1 converging towards the base 2, wherein the base 2 has the outline of a cat. The white bottle is formed from the top by an upper wall 4 rising diagonally from all directions towards the centrally positioned neck 3. The upper wall 4 of the bottle has a square outline in a top view. The neck 3 of the bottle is topped with a ring 5.
