Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 29 wrzesnia 2003r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do konfekcjonowania przede wszystkim wyrobów kosmetycznych, takich jak: perfumy, wody kwiatowe, wody toaletowe i inne. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Nowa postac butelki przejawia sie w jej ksztalcie. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l - ilustruje butelke w widoku od czola, zas fig.2 - w widoku od spodu. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony takze na fotografii, fig. 3 - prezentujacej butelke w widoku perspektywicznym. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonana, korzystnie ze szkla. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze butelka, wedlug rozwiazania posiada czesc zbiornikowa 1, wglebiona od spodu, polaczona u góry z osiowo rozmieszczona szyjka zakonczona pierscieniem 3. Czesc zbiornikowa 1 butelki jest uksztaltowana w formie odwróconego, scietego ostroslupa, którego boczne scianki sa zbiezne ku dolowi. Czesc zbiornikowa 1 butelki w widoku z góry oraz od spodu ma zarys kwadratu. The industrial design is a bottle intended primarily for packaging cosmetic products such as perfumes, floral waters, eau de toilettes, and others. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, imbued with character by the features of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and material. The bottle's new form is manifested in its shape. The bottle, according to the design, is suitable for repeated reproduction. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the bottle from the front, and Fig. 2 from the bottom. The industrial design is also presented in a photograph, Fig. 3, presenting the bottle from a perspective view. The bottle, according to the industrial design, is preferably made of glass. The essential features of the industrial design include that the bottle, according to the solution, has a reservoir part 1, recessed from the bottom, connected at the top to an axially arranged neck terminated by a ring 3. The reservoir part 1 of the bottle is shaped like an inverted, truncated pyramid, the side walls of which converge downward.
