Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, znajdujaca zastosowanie glównie do konfekcjonowania wyrobów perfumeryjnych. Moga to byc perfumy, wody kwiatowe, wody kolonskie, dezodoranty osobiste lub inne plynne wyroby kosmetyczne. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Butelka, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l - pokazuje butelke w widoku od frontu, fig.2 - prezentuje butelke w widoku z boku, zas fig.3 - uwidacznia butelke w widoku z góiy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany takze na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.4 - ilustrujacej butelke z nasadka w widoku ogólnym. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym moze byc wykonana ze szkla lub z tworzyw sztucznych. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawionego na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l, fig.3 oraz na fotografii, fig.4, nalezyzaliczyc, ze butelka jest uksztaltowana w formie wydluzonego prostopadloscianu i zaopatrzona posrodku górnej powierzchni w szyjke, zakonczona obwodowym pierscieniem. Scianka frontowa i tylna butelki posiadaja, rozciagajace sie na calej wysokosci, w poblizu krawedzi uskoki. These may include perfumes, floral waters, colognes, personal deodorants, or other liquid cosmetic products. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique form, imbued with character by the features of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and materials. According to the industrial design, the bottle is reproducible. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the side, and Fig. 3 shows the bottle from above. The industrial design is also presented in the attached photograph, Fig. 4, which illustrates a general view of the bottle with a cap. According to the industrial design, the bottle may be made of glass or plastic. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The essential features of the industrial design shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1, Fig. 3, and the photograph, Fig. 4, include that the bottle is shaped like an elongated cuboid and has a neck in the center of the upper surface, terminating in a circumferential ring. The front and rear walls of the bottle have ledges extending along their entire height, near the edges. The ledges on the front and rear walls are positioned on opposite sides of the bottle's axis.
