Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. The essence of the pattern is a new and individual form of a product, given it by the features of lines, contours, shapes, structure and material.

Butelka, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. The bottle, according to the industrial design, is suitable for repeated reproduction.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l - pokazuje butelke w widoku od frontu, fig.2 - prezentuje butelke w widoku z boku, zas fig.3 - uwidacznia butelke w widoku z góiy. Scianka frontowa i tylna butelki posiadaja, rozciagajace sie na calej wysokosci, w poblizu krawedzi uskoki. Uskoki na sciance frontowej i na sciance tylnej sa rozmieszczone po przeciwnych stronach osi butelki. Significant features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design presented in the attached drawing, fig. 1, fig. 3 and in the photo, fig. 4, it should be assumed that the bottle is shaped in the form of an elongated cuboid and provided in the middle of the upper surface with a neck, ending with a circumferential ring. The front and rear walls of the bottles have stepped steps extending over the full height near the edge. The jumps on the front wall and on the rear wall are arranged on opposite sides of the bottle axis.
