Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 6 marca 2004r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do konfekcjonowania przede wszystkim wyrobów kosmetycznych, takich jak: perfumy, wody kwiatowe, wody toaletowe, plyny po goleniu. Butelka moze tez znajdowac zastosowanie jako opakowanie towarów innego rodzaju. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Nowa postac butelki przejawia sie w jej ksztalcie,ukladzie linii i konturach. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - ilustruje butelke w widoku od czola, fig.2 - w widoku z boku, zas fig.3 - w widoku od spodu. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonana, korzystnie ze szkla. Butelka posiada czesc zbiornikowa, laczaca sie u góry z szyjka. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze czesc zbiornikowa 1 butelki jest uksztaltowana w formie bryly, która przypomina w swej formie splaszczony prostopadloscian. Przednia scianka 2 i tylna scianka 3 czesci zbiornikowej 1 sa wypukle wzdluz osi pionowej A-A oraz wzdluz osi poziomej B-B. Sa one zbiezne ku górze oraz ku dolowi. Posrodku, u góry czesc zbiornikowa 1 przechodzi wzdluz lukowo wyprofilowanej linii 4 w szyjke 5, zaopatrzona u góry w obwodowy pierscien 6. Butelka od spodu butelka posiada wglebione dno 7 a wokól wglebienia ma rozmieszczone równomiernie na obwodzie drobne wypuklosci 8. The industrial design is a bottle intended primarily for packaging cosmetic products, such as perfumes, floral waters, eau de toilettes, and aftershaves. The bottle may also be used as packaging for other types of goods. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, imbued with the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and material. The new form of the bottle manifests itself in its shape, arrangement of lines, and contours. The bottle, according to the design, is suitable for multiple reproductions. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 from the side, and Fig. 3 from the bottom. According to the industrial design, the bottle is preferably made of glass. The bottle has a reservoir section that connects to the neck at the top. Significant features of the industrial design include that the reservoir section 1 of the bottle is shaped like a solid, resembling a flattened cuboid. The front wall 2 and rear wall 3 of the reservoir section 1 are convex along the vertical axis A-A and along the horizontal axis B-B. They converge upward and downward. In the center, at the top, the reservoir section 1 merges along an arc-shaped line 4 into the neck 5, which is provided with a circumferential ring 6 at the top. The bottle has a recessed bottom 7 at the bottom, and small ridges 8 evenly distributed around the circumference of the recess.
