Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 6 marca 2004r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do konfekcjonowania przede wszystkim wyrobów kosmetycznych, takich jak: perfumy, wody kwiatowe, wody toaletowe, plyny po goleniu. Butelka moze tez znajdowac zastosowanie jako opakowanie innego rodzaju wyrobów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Nowa postac butelki przejawia sie w jej ksztalcie,ukladzie linii i konturach. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - ilustruje butelke w widoku od czola, zas fig.2 - w widoku od spodu. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony takze na fotografii, fig.3 - eksponujacej butelke w widoku perspektywicznym. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonana, korzystnie ze szkla. Posiada ona czesc zbiornikowa, przechodzaca u góry w szyjke. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze czesc zbiornikowa 1 butelki jest uksztaltowana w formie walca, ograniczonego od góry scianka 2 zas u dolu dnem 3. Górna scianka 2 jest zbiezna ku szyjce 4, przy czym przejscie 5 pomiedzy szyjka 4 a górna scianka 2 jest wyprofilowane lukowo. Szyjka 4 wokól górnego obrzeza jest zaopatrzona w obwodowy pierscien 6. Naroze 7 butelki, pomiedzy boczna scianka 8 czesci zbiornikowej 1 a górna scianka 2 jest zagiete katowo. Dno 3 butelki jest pogrubione, przy czym pogrubienie 9 jest utworzone z warstwy materialu. The industrial design is a bottle intended primarily for packaging cosmetic products, such as perfumes, floral waters, eau de toilettes, and aftershaves. The bottle may also be used as packaging for other types of products. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, imbued with the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and material. The new form of the bottle is manifested in its shape, arrangement of lines, and contours. The bottle, according to the design, is suitable for multiple reproductions. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the bottle from the front, and Fig. 2 from the bottom. The design is also presented in a photograph, Fig. 3, showing the bottle from a perspective view. The bottle, according to the industrial design, is preferably made of glass. It has a reservoir portion that merges into a neck at the top. Significant features of the industrial design include that the reservoir portion 1 of the bottle is cylindrical, bounded at the top by wall 2 and at the bottom by bottom 3. Top wall 2 converges toward neck 4, with the transition 5 between neck 4 and top wall 2 being arc-shaped. Neck 4 is provided with a circumferential ring 6 around its upper rim. Corner 7 of the bottle, between side wall 8 of reservoir portion 1 and top wall 2, is bent at an angle. Bottom 3 of the bottle is thickened, with the thickening 9 formed from a layer of material.
