Buteleczka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest buteleczka, przeznaczona do konfekcjonowania, glównie wyrobów kosmetycznych takich jak: lakiery do paznokci, odzywki, balsamy, perfumy, olejki zapachowe oraz inne produkty perfumeryjne. Moga to byc wody kwiatowe, wody kolonskie, wody toaletowe. Buteleczka moze tez byc wykorzystywana w pakowaniu innych produktów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Buteleczka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym, nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - pokazuje buteleczke w widoku od frontu, fig. 2 - ilustruje buteleczke w widoku z boku, zas fig. 3 - w widoku od spodu. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony takze na fotografii, fig. 4 - prezentujacej buteleczke w widoku perspektywicznym od frontu. Buteleczka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonana ze szkla. Moze tez byc wytwarzana z tworzyw sztucznych.2 Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, nalezy zaliczyc, ze buteleczka ma czesc zbiornikowa uksztaltowana w formie zblizonej do splaszczonego i wypuklego od frontu, z tylu i po bokach prostopadloscianu, wyposazonego posrodku, u góry w nagwintowana szyjke. Ponizej gwintowania rozciaga sie obwodowy pierscien. Scianki, frontowa, tylna oraz scianki boczne buteleczki sa nieco wypukle. Dno buteleczki oraz scianki boczne od wewnatrz w narozach sa pogrubione, przy czym to pogrubienie jest widoczne jako nadlew materialu. Pelnomocnik: PL PLThe industrial design is a bottle intended for packaging cosmetic products, primarily nail polishes, conditioners, balms, perfumes, fragrance oils, and other perfumery products. These may include floral waters, colognes, and eau de toilettes. The bottle may also be used to package other products. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, imbued with character through the use of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and materials. The bottle, in accordance with the industrial design, is reproducible. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 illustrates the bottle from the side, and Fig. 3 from the bottom. The design is also illustrated in a photograph, Fig. 4, which presents the bottle from a perspective view from the front. The bottle, according to the industrial design, is made of glass. It can also be made of plastic. 2. Significant features of the industrial design: The essential features of the industrial design include the fact that the bottle has a reservoir portion shaped similarly to a cuboid, flattened and convex at the front, back, and sides, with a threaded neck in the center and at the top. A circumferential ring extends below the threading. The front, back, and side walls of the bottle are slightly convex. The bottom of the bottle and the side walls on the inside corners are thickened, with this thickening visible as a material overhang.
