Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, znajdujaca zastosowanie glównie do konfek- cjonowania wyrobów perfumeryjnych. Moga to byc perfumy, wody kwiatowe, wody kolonskie, dezodo- ranty osobiste lub inne plynne wyroby kosmetyczne. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Butelka, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - pokazuje butelke w widoku od frontu odmiana 1, fig. 2 - prezentuje butelke w widoku od spodu odmiana 1, fig. 3 - butelke w widoku od frontu odmiana 2, natomiast fig. 4 - butelke w widoku od spodu odmiana 2. These may be perfumes, floral waters, colognes, personal deodorants or other liquid cosmetic products. The essence of the design is a new and individual form of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours, shapes, structure and material. The bottle, according to the industrial design, is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, where fig. 1 - shows the bottle in a front view, variant 1, fig. 2 - presents the bottle in a bottom view, variant 1, fig. 3 - the bottle in a front view, variant 2, while fig. 4 - the bottle in a bottom view, variant 2. The subject of the industrial design is also presented in the attached photographs, where fig. 5 - shows the bottle in a general view from the front, variant 1, fig. 6 - in a bottom view, variant 1, fig. 7 - the bottle in a general view from the front, variant 2, and fig. 8 - in a bottom view, variant 2. The bottle, according to the industrial design, may be made of glass or plastics. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design variant 1, presented in the attached drawing, fig. 1 and fig. 2 and in the photographs, fig. 5 and fig. 6 - include that the bottle is shaped in the form of a solid with an oval outline when viewed from above and below. In the front view, it has an outline close to a rectangle, with the upper wall converging towards the neck placed in the middle. The neck of the bottle is finished with a circumferential ring. The bottom of the bottle is thickened and from the inside of the bottle is visible as slightly convex towards the center. From the outside, the bottom of the bottle is concave and decorated with grooves radiating from the oval center. The grooves create a stylized rosette. The essential features of the industrial design variant 2, presented in the attached drawing, fig. 3 and fig. 4 and in the photographs, fig. 7 and fig. 8 - include that the bottle is shaped in the form of a solid with an oval outline when viewed from above and below.
