Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest buteleczka, znajdujaca w konfekcjonowaniu wyrobów kosmetycznych, glównie lakierów i odzywek do paznokci. Moga to byc równiez perfumy oraz inne produkty perfumeryjne, takie jak: wody kwiatowe, wody kolonskie, wody toaletowe. Buteleczka moze tez byc wykorzystywana jako opakowanie jednostkowe aromatów spozywczych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów oraz material. Buteleczka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wytwarzana w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy ze szkla. Moze tez byc wytwarzana z tworzyw sztucznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 – przedstawia buteleczke w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, fig. 2 – uwidacznia buteleczke w widoku z przodu i z boku, natomiast fig. 3 – w widoku od spodu. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezen- towany takze na zalaczonej fotografii, fig. 4 – ilustrujacej buteleczke w widoku ogólnym z przodu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, zaprezentowanego na zalaczonych ilustracjach, nale- zy zaliczyc, ze czesc pojemnikowa buteleczki jest ograniczona od góry powierzchnia pozioma, prze- chodzaca w nagwintowana szyjke, przy czym pomiedzy nadlewem stanowiacym gwint a pozioma powierzchnia znajduje sie obwodowy pierscien. Czesc pojemnikowa buteleczki ma pogrubione dno, wyprofilowane od strony wewnetrznej luko- wo, tak ze nadmiar materialu tworzacego pogrubione dno zachodzi na boczne scianki. Boczne scianki czesci pojemnikowej buteleczki sa wypukle na zewnatrz i lacza sie ze soba wspólna krawedzia, usy- tuowana na wysokosci ich najwiekszego wybrzuszenia. Od wspólnej krawedzi laczenia, boczne scian- ki buteleczki rozchodza sie na boki ku poziomej powierzchni u góry buteleczki, przechodzacej w na- gwintowana szyjke oraz ku dolowi. Dolne krawedzie bocznych scianek buteleczki oraz scianek pomie- dzy nimi tworza od spodu butelki obwodowa wypuklosc o zarysie osmiokata. It can also be perfumes and other perfume products, such as: floral waters, colognes, eau de toilette. The bottle can also be used as a unit packaging of food flavors. The essence of the pattern is a new and individual form of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours, shapes and material. The bottle, according to an industrial design, is made industrially or artisanally from glass. It can also be made of plastic. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 - shows the bottle in a front perspective view, Fig. 2 - shows the bottle in a front and side view, and Fig. 3 - in a bottom view. The subject of the design is also presented in the attached photograph, Fig. 4 - illustrating the bottle in a general front view. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design, presented in the attached illustrations, include that the container part of the bottle is limited from above by a horizontal surface, turning into a threaded neck, and between the sprue constituting the thread and the horizontal surface there is a circumferential ring. The container part of the bottle has a thickened bottom, arc-shaped on the inside, so that the excess material forming the thickened bottom overlaps the side walls. The side walls of the container part of the bottle are convex outwards and connect with each other by a common edge, located at the height of their largest bulge. From the common connecting edge, the side walls of the bottle extend sideways towards the horizontal surface at the top of the bottle, which turns into the threaded neck, and towards the bottom. The lower edges of the bottle's side walls and the walls between them form a circumferential octagonal convexity at the bottom of the bottle. The surface of the bottom of the medicine bottle, inside this convexity, is concave.
