Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka produktu kosmetycznego, znajdujaca zasto- sowanie jako opakowanie jednostkowe dezodorantów osobistych w kulce. Butelka ta moze stanowic takze opakowanie jednostkowe innych towarów, miedzy innymi wyrobów chemii gospodarczej oraz produktów farmaceutycznych stosowanych bezposrednio na skóre. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów oraz material. Butelka produktu kosmetycznego, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest przeznaczona do wy- twarzania w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z tworzyw sztucznych, ze szkla lub z ceramiki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zilustrowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 – przedstawia butelke w widoku ogólnym, w pozycji takiej jak jest eksponowana na pólce sklepowej, fig. 2 – obrazuje butelke w widoku z góry, fig. 3 – prezentuje butelke w widoku od frontu w pozycji uzywania, fig. 4 – pokazuje butelke w pozycji rzeczywistego uzywania w widoku z boku, fig. 5 – uwidacznia czesc pojemnikowa butelki w widoku od frontu, fig. 6 – czesc pojemnikowa butelki w widoku z boku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, zaprezentowanego na zalaczonych rysunkach, fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5 i fig. 6 – nalezy zaliczyc, ze butelka posiada czesc pojemnikowa z nagwinto- wanym obrzezem i mocowana na czesci pojemnikowej nakretke. Nakretka po przeciwnej stronie la- czenia z czescia pojemnikowa jest uksztaltowana w formie scietej czaszy, laczacej sie z pierscieniem, którego wymiar odpowiada srednicy czesci pojemnikowej, zaopatrzonej od wewnatrz w obwodowy, nagwintowany wypust. Czesc pojemnikowa w widoku od frontu tworza lukowo wyprofilowane scianki, zbiezne ku zaokraglonej górnej sciance. W widoku z boku scianki czesci pojemnikowej sa sciete uko- snie i polaczone z górna, lukowo wyprofilowana w widoku z boku górna powierzchnia. This bottle may also constitute individual packaging for other goods, including household chemicals and pharmaceutical products applied directly to the skin. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, and materials. According to the industrial design, the cosmetic bottle is intended for industrial or handicraft manufacture from plastics, glass, or ceramics. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the bottle in a general view, in the position as displayed on a store shelf, fig. 2 shows the bottle in a top view, fig. 3 shows the bottle in a front view in the use position, fig. 4 shows the bottle in a side view in the actual use position, fig. 5 shows the container part of the bottle in a front view, fig. 6 shows the container part of the bottle in a side view. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design presented in the attached drawings, fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5 and fig. 6, include that the bottle has a container part with a threaded rim and a cap mounted on the container part. The nut on the side opposite the connection to the container part is shaped like a truncated dome, connecting to a ring whose size corresponds to the diameter of the container part, which is provided with a circumferential, threaded projection on the inside. The container part, viewed from the front, is formed by arched walls, converging towards a rounded upper wall. In the side view, the walls of the container part are beveled and connected to the upper surface, which is arched in the side view.
