PL 24657 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik, znajdujacy zastosowanie przy konfekcjono- waniu wyrobów alkoholowych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez ksztalt, forme, uklad linii, strukture powierzchni oraz material wytworu. Pojemnik moze byc wytworzony w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z tworzyw sztucznych, a takze z metalu i/lub szkla. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1, przedstawiono pojemnik w widoku z boku, Fig. 2 i Fig. 3 uwidoczniono detale pojemnika. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, nalezy zaliczyc, ze pojemnik ksztaltem jest zblizony do gasnicy. Pojemnik ma gladki korpus o ksztalcie walca. Pojemnik u dolu posiada okragle wieczko, o obrzezu bocznym posiadajacym wzdluzne wybrania, tworzace porowatosc. Góra pojemnika zaopa- trzona jest w sferyczne zwezenie, które przechodzi w obwodowe przewazenie, w którym to osadzone sa elementy stylizujace glowice gasnicy, zawór z dzwignia i zawleczka zabezpieczajaca. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the shape, form, line arrangement, surface structure, and material of the product. The container may be manufactured industrially or by hand from plastics, as well as from metal and/or glass. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the container from a side view, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 show details of the container. Significant Features of the Industrial Design The essential features of the industrial design include that the container is similar in shape to a fire extinguisher. The container has a smooth, cylindrical body. The container has a round lid at the bottom, with side edges having longitudinal recesses creating porosity. The top of the container is provided with a spherical narrowing that transitions into a circumferential overhang, in which elements styling the fire extinguisher head, a valve with a lever, and a safety pin are embedded.
