PL 23355 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego, posiadaja- ca zastosowanie jako opakowanie plynnych produktów spozywczych, a zwlaszcza octu balsamiczne- go, glazur i kremów balsamicznych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i proporcjach. Butelka jest przedstawiona na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w wi- doku z boku, fig. 2 widok dna butelki, fig. 3 przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa, oryginalna postac butelki z tworzywa sztuczne- go, o indywidualnie uksztaltowanych cechach. Charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jest bryla obrotowa, posia- dajaca wklesla podstawe w ksztalcie kola, na której znajduje sie pierscieniowe wybranie tworzace obwodowy kolnierz. Krawedzie denka sa zaokraglone. W dolnej czesci scianki bocznej znajduja sie dwa równolegle do siebie wglebienia w postaci rowków tworzacych pierscienie. W górnej czesci butel- ki, walcowato uksztaltowana scianka boczna przechodzi lagodnym lukiem w szyjke. Szyjke zwiencza wciecie z zaokraglonymi krawedziami zakonczone wylotem zaopatrzonym w gwint do nakretki gwin- towanej. Srednica zewnetrzna butelki to w przyblizeniu 1/4 jej calkowitej wysokosci. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape, arrangement of lines, and proportions. The bottle is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from a side view, Fig. 2 shows the bottom of the bottle, and Fig. 3 shows the bottle from a perspective view. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The essential feature of the industrial design is the new, original form of the plastic bottle, with individually shaped features. It is characterized by being a solid of revolution, having a concave circular base, on which there is an annular recess forming a circumferential collar. The edges of the bottom are rounded. In the lower part of the side wall, there are two parallel recesses in the form of grooves forming rings. In the upper part of the bottle, the cylindrical side wall flows gently into the neck. The neck is topped with a notch with rounded edges, ending in a spout threaded for a threaded cap. The outer diameter of the bottle is approximately 1/4 of its total height.
