PL 24867 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka stanowiaca opakowanie napojów spozywczych, zwlaszcza soków, barszczów, sosów itp. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w zarysie linii two- rzacych sciany butelki i wytloczen. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma postac cylindrycznego walca z przewezeniem w postaci szyjki zakonczonej gwintem, na który zakrecana jest nakretka. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 2 – butelke w widoku aksonometrycznym od dolu, fig. 3 – butelke w widoku akso- nometrycznym od góry, fig. 4 – odmiane butelki w widoku z boku, fig. 5 – odmiane butelki w widoku aksonometrycznym od dolu, fig. 6 – odmiane butelki w widoku aksonometrycznym od góry, fig. 7 – trzecia odmiane butelki w widoku z boku, fig. 8 – trzecia odmiane butelki w widoku aksonometrycznym od dolu, fig. 9 – trzecia odmiane butelki w widoku aksonometrycznym od góry, a fig. 10 – widok butelki od góry. Cechy charakterystyczne Istotna cecha charakterystyczna wszystkich odmian wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze w czesci walcowej butelka posiada trzy rowki, przy czym jeden rowek jest usytuowany w poblizu dna, a dwa rowki sa usytuowane w górnej czesci walcowej butelki, jak przedstawiono na fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig. 3. W drugiej odmianie wzoru, w stozkowej czesci butelki, w której walcowy zarys przechodzi w szyjke jest wytloczony napis: SWOJSKA CHATA, jak przedstawiono na fig. 4, fig. 5 i fig. 6. W trzeciej odmianie wzoru, w czesci butelki stanowiacej szyjke, jest wytloczony stylizowany kra- jobraz wiejski zawierajacy stylizowana postac domu, drzewa oraz pofaldowany teren. Krajobraz ten jest usytuowany w okregu, jak przedstawiono na fig. 7, fig. 8 i fig. 9. PL 24867 3 Ilustracja wzoru PL 24867 4 Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLPL 24867 2 Description of the Industrial Design The subject of the industrial design is a bottle constituting packaging for food beverages, particularly juices, borscht, sauces, etc. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the outline of the lines forming the bottle walls and the embossing. According to the industrial design, the bottle has the form of a cylindrical cylinder with a narrowing in the form of a neck ending in a thread, onto which a cap is screwed. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the bottle in a side view, fig. 2 – the bottle in an axonometric view from below, fig. 3 – the bottle in an axonometric view from above, fig. 4 – a variant of the bottle in a side view, fig. 5 – a variant of the bottle in an axonometric view from below, fig. 6 – a variant of the bottle in an axonometric view from above, fig. 7 – the third variant of the bottle in a side view, fig. 8 – the third variant of the bottle in an axonometric view from below, fig. 9 – the third variant of the bottle in an axonometric view from above, and fig. 10 – a view of the bottle from above. Characteristic features An important characteristic feature of all variants of the industrial design is that the cylindrical part of the bottle has three grooves, one groove is located near the bottom and two grooves are located in the upper part of the cylindrical bottle, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3. In the second variant of the design, in the conical part of the bottle, where the cylindrical outline merges into the neck, the inscription: SWOJSKA CHATA is embossed, as shown in Fig. 4, Fig. 5 and Fig. 6. In the third variant of the design, in the part of the bottle constituting the neck, a stylized rural landscape is embossed, containing a stylized figure of a house, trees and undulating terrain. This landscape is situated in a circle as shown in Fig. 7, Fig. 8 and Fig. 9.
