Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka przeznaczona do przechowywania i transporto- wania plynów, zwlaszcza soków i napojów owocowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii i ksztaltu oraz konturach wytworu. Wytwór jest opakowaniem przeznaczonym zwlaszcza do napojów, wystepujacym w postaci cienkosciennego naczynia, o korpusie w ksztalcie walcowym z dwoma pierscieniowymi przetlo- czeniami, zamknietego od dolu wklesla wielosegmentowa podstawa oparta na szesciu wypuklosciach a od góry szyjka w ksztalcie walca laczaca sie z wlewem, posiadajaca na górze zewnetrzny kolnierz oporowy kapsla. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym na Fig. 1 przedstawiono butelke w widoku perspektywicznym, Fig. 1a - butelke w widoku z boku, Fig. 1b - butelke w widoku perspektywicznym ogólnym, Fig. 1c - denko butelki. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego butelki Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w tym, ze butelka posiada cechy postaciowe, które wyrózniaja wzór od innych i stanowia podstawe jego identyfikacji, przejawiaja sie w tym, ze: – butelka posiada osiowo symetryczny wkleslo-wypukly korpus, tworzacy pofalowany obly ksztalt, zwezajac sie i rozszerzajac od podstawy ku górze, – podstawa butelki jest wklesla i oparta na szesciu wypuklosciach, – krawedzie butelki sa zaokraglone, jak to pokazano na zalaczonych rysunkach Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, Fig. 1b oraz Fig. 1c. The essence of an industrial design is a new and individual form of the bottle, manifested in the features of the line, shape and contours of the product. The product is a packaging intended especially for beverages, in the form of a thin-walled vessel, with a cylindrical body with two ring embossments, closed at the bottom by a concave multi-segment base based on six protrusions, and at the top by a cylindrical neck connecting with the filler, having a top the outer stop collar of the cap. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows a bottle in perspective view, Fig. 1a - a bottle in a side view, Fig. 1b - a general perspective view of the bottle, Fig. 1c - the bottom of the bottle. Essential features of an industrial bottle design The essential features of an industrial design are manifested in the fact that the bottle has figurative features that distinguish the design from others and constitute the basis for its identification, manifested in the fact that: - the bottle has an axially symmetrical concave-convex body, forming a wavy oval shape, tapering and widening from the base upwards, - the base of the bottle is concave and supported by six protrusions, - the edges of the bottle are rounded, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, Fig. 1b and Fig. 1c .
