EN 23591 2 Description of an industrial design The object of an industrial design is a bottle intended for the storage and transport of liquids, especially beverages.

Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii i ksztaltu oraz konturach wytworu. The essence of the industrial design is a new and individual form of a bottle, which is manifested in the features of the line and shape as well as the contours of the product.

Butelka wedlug wzoru posiada okragla wklesla podstawe przy czym denko butelki charakteryzu- je sie nietypowym ksztaltem, gdzie w centralnej czesci znajduje sie piec eliptycznych ksztaltów roz- mieszczonych równomiernie wzgledem siebie i srodka podstawy, a w samym srodku denka znajduje sie okrag który jest zarazem punktem najwiekszej wkleslosci podstawy. Scianki boczne butelki tworza osiowo symetryczny wkleslo-wypukly korpus o pofalowanym ksztalcie, przy czym charakterystyczne wkleslosci znajduja sie w górnej i dolnej czesci butelki. Ksztalt wzoru umozliwia stabilne oraz komfor- towe trzymanie butelki. According to the pattern, the bottle has a round, concave base, while the bottom of the bottle is characterized by an unusual shape, where in the central part there are five elliptical shapes distributed evenly relative to each other and the center of the base, and in the middle of the bottom there is a circle which is also the point of the greatest concentricity the basics. The side walls of the bottle form an axially symmetrical, concave-convex body with an undulating shape, with characteristic concaves at the top and bottom of the bottle. The shape of the pattern enables a stable and comfortable hold of the bottle.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na któ- rym na Fig. 1 przedstawiono butelke w widoku perspektywicznym ogólnym, Fig. 2 – denko butelki w rzucie z dolu, Fig. 3 – rzut z góry butelki. The object of the industrial design is shown in the accompanying illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a general perspective view, Fig. 2 - the bottom of the bottle in a bottom view, Fig. 3 - top view of the bottle.

Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego butelki przejawiaja sie w tym, ze: – butelka posiada osiowo symetryczny wkleslo-wypukly korpus, tworzacy pofalowany ksztalt, przy czym charakterystyczne wkleslosci znajduja sie w górnej i dolnej czesci butelki, – podstawa butelki jest wklesla o nietypowym ksztalcie, – krawedzie butelki sa zaokraglone. jak to pokazano na zalaczonych rysunkach Fig. 1, Fig. 2 oraz Fig. 3. Do ochrony zglaszana jest forma przestrzenna wzoru bez oznaczania kolorów. For protection, the three-dimensional form of the pattern is claimed without color marking.
