Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka posiadajaca zastosowanie jako opakowanie plynnych produktów spozywczych, a zwlaszcza soków i napojów owocowych. The object of the industrial design is a bottle that can be used as a packaging for liquid food products, especially fruit juices and drinks.

Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i powierzchni. The essence of an industrial design is a new form of an object, manifested in its shape, arrangement of lines and surface.

Butelka wedlug wzoru posiada swoiste uksztaltowanie powierzchni dajace oryginalny efekt przestrzenny. According to the pattern, the bottle has a specific shape of the surface which gives an original spatial effect.

Butelka ma ksztalt korpusu o cylindrycznym zarysie czesci centralnej i zaokraglonym dolnym obrzezu zamknietym z wypuklym do wewnatrz dnem. The bottle has the shape of a body with a cylindrical central part and a rounded closed bottom rim with an inwardly convex bottom.

W górnej i dolnej czesci korpus uksztaltowany jest symetrycznie w postaci wypuklych, stylizowanych kryz o zarysie czasz z pofalowana fantazyjnie krawedzia obrzeza. In the upper and lower parts, the body is symmetrically shaped in the form of convex, stylized flanges with the shape of bowls with fancifully wavy edge of the rim.

W górnej czesci korpus butelki zwienczony jest gwintowana szyjka posiadajaca obwodowy element pierscieniowy. At the top, the body of the bottle is crowned with a threaded neck having a circumferential ring element.

Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig.l przedstawia butelke w widoku ogólnym, Fig.2 przedstawia podstawe butelki w widoku z góry. The subject of the pattern is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in general view, Fig. 2 shows the bottle base in top view.

Istotna cecha butelki wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest ksztalt korpusu o cylindrycznym zarysie w czesci centralnej oraz symetrycznie rozmieszczona w górnej i dolnej czesci tego korpusu powierzchnia boczna wpostaci wypuklych, stylizowanych kryz o zarysie czasz z pofalowana fantazyjnie krawedzia obrzeza. An important feature of the bottle according to the industrial design is the shape of the body with a cylindrical outline in the central part and symmetrically arranged in the upper and lower parts of the body, the side surface in the form of convex, stylized flanges with the outline of bowls with fancifully wavy edge of the rim.

Butelka posiada swoiste proporcje zewnetrznej postaci powierzchni bocznej i czesci dennej, wykonana jest z tworzywa, przy czym moze byc wykonywana ze szkla lub z innych materialów.The bottle has specific proportions of the outer side surface and the bottom part, it is made of plastic, and it can be made of glass or other materials.
