Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, znajdujaca zastosowanie w konfekcjonowaniu przede wszystkim wód zródlanych, wód stolowych i mineralnych, napojów smakowych, soków, syropów i innych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture, zdobienie oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Moze byc wykonany ze szkla lub z tworzywa sztucznego.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l - prezentuje butelke w widoku ogólnym od frontu, natomiast fig. 2 - w widoku od spodu. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze czesc zbiornikowa 1 butelki, przedstawionej na rysunku, fig.l i fig.2 jest w dolnej czesci poszerzona i zweza sie ku górze, przechodzac w r nagwintowana szyjke 2, przy czym pomiedzy czescia zbiornikowa 1 a nagwintowana szyjka 2 rozciaga sie obwodowy pierscien 3. Czesc zbiornikowa 1 butelki w dolnym odcinku, w poblizu dna 4 zweza sie. Butelka, zgodnie z rozwiazaniem przypomina w swym ksztalcie scieta u dolu i wydluzona w kierunku pionowym gruszke. Powierzchnia zewnetrzna butelki w dolnej czesci jest zaopatrzona w rozmieszczone obok siebie i zachodzace na siebie wypuklosci 5 róznej wielkosci wypuklosci, przypominajace w swej formie krople rosy, skroplonej pary lub fakture bruku. Dno 4 butelki jest wklesle posrodku. The industrial design is a bottle used primarily for packaging spring waters, table waters, mineral waters, flavored beverages, juices, syrups, and other beverages. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it in particular by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, decoration, and ornamentation. The product is reproducible and can be made of glass or plastic. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a general frontal view, and Fig. 2 shows the bottom view. The essential features of the industrial design include that the reservoir part 1 of the bottle shown in Figures 1 and 2 is widened in its lower part and narrows upwards, transitioning into a threaded neck 2, with a circumferential ring 3 extending between the reservoir part 1 and the threaded neck 2. The reservoir part 1 of the bottle narrows in its lower section, near the bottom 4. According to the solution, the bottle resembles a pear, truncated at the bottom and elongated vertically. The outer surface of the bottle in the lower part is provided with juxtaposed and overlapping protrusions 5 of various sizes, resembling dewdrops, condensed steam, or the texture of cobblestones. The bottom 4 of the bottle is concave in the center. Around the periphery of the concave part of the bottom 4 there are small, arc-shaped protrusions 6 arranged one next to the other.
