Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka posiadajaca zastosowanie jako opakowanie plynnych produktów spozywczych, a zwlaszcza napojów bezalkoholowych oraz soków owocowych i warzywnych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i powierzchni. Butelka wedlug wzoru posiada swoiste uksztaltowanie powierzchni dajace oryginalny efekt przestrzenny. Butelka ma ksztalt korpusu o cylindrycznym zarysie i zaokraglonym dolnym obrzezu zamknietym lekko wkleslym dnem posiadajacym ryfle na obrzezu wkleslosci. W górnej czesci korpus posiada lukowo wyprofilowane przewezenie, które nastepnie rozszerza sie lagodnym lukiem, po czym scianki korpusu tworza zarys stozka scietego i zwienczone sa gwintowana glówka. Butelka posiada swoiste proporcje zewnetrznej postaci powierzchni bocznej i czesci dennej, wykonana jest ze szkla, przy czym moze byc wykonywana z innych materialów. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its shape, arrangement of lines, and surfaces. The bottle, according to the design, has a unique surface shape that creates an original three-dimensional effect. The bottle has a cylindrical body with a rounded lower rim, capped by a slightly concave bottom with grooves along the edge of the concavity. The upper part of the body has an arc-shaped narrowing, which then widens into a gentle arc, after which the body walls form a truncated cone shape and are topped with a threaded head. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a general view of the bottle. A significant feature of the bottle according to the industrial design is the shape of the body, with a cylindrical outline and a rounded lower rim closed by a slightly concave bottom. Slightly above the bottle's central section, the body walls form a narrowing with a rather gentle arc, and then converge in a truncated cone shape towards the threaded head. The height of the bottle with the narrowing area is slightly greater than the height of the bottle with the truncated cone area. The bottle has specific proportions of the external shape of the side surface and bottom part. It is made of glass, although it can be made of other materials.
