Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac opakowania w postaci kubka, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i wygladzie opakowania oraz jego proporcjach wymiarów nadajacych mu indywidualny charakter. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia opakowanie w widoku z boku a fig. 2 przedstawia opakowanie w widoku z boku w odmianie wzoru. Zgodnie z wzorem przemyslowym opakowanie w postaci kubka ma ksztalt scietego stozka, w którym podstawa ma mniejsza srednice od srednicy górnej, której stosunek wielkosci do wysokosci opakowania wynosi okolo 1,8. Dno opakowania posiada przetloczenie o niewielkiej wysokosci, skierowane ku górze, zas górna czesc opakowania posiada przetloczenie w postaci pierscienia okalajacego górna srednice opakowania. Boczna powierzchnia opakowania, w srodku jego wysokosci, zaopatrzona jest w napis „ZSIADLE MLEKO". W odmianie wzoru pokazanej na fig. 2 stosunek wielkosci górnej srednicy do wysokosci opakowania wynosi okolo 2,65. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest ksztalt i proporcje opakowania przejawiajace sie stosunkiem jego górnej srednicy do jego wysokosci, który wynosi odpowiednio: okolo 1,8 lub okolo 2,65, oraz boczna powierzchnia opakowania z napisem „ZSIADLE MLEKO", jak zilustrowano na zalaczonych rysunkach.Fi g. 1 F i g . 2 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLThe industrial design is for a cup-shaped packaging, intended specifically for food products such as sour milk. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of cup-shaped packaging, manifested in the shape and appearance of the packaging, as well as its dimensional proportions, which give it a unique character. The design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the packaging from a side view, and Fig. 2 shows the packaging from a side view in a design variation. According to the industrial design, the cup-shaped packaging has the shape of a truncated cone, in which the base has a smaller diameter than the top diameter, the ratio of which is approximately 1.8. The bottom of the packaging has a small embossment, pointing upwards, while the top part of the packaging has an embossment in the form of a ring surrounding the top diameter of the packaging. The side surface of the package, in the middle of its height, is provided with the inscription "ZSIADLE MLEKO". In the design variant shown in Fig. 2, the ratio of the size of the upper diameter to the height of the package is approximately 2.65.
