The bottle is a new form of product, possessing a unique character and new visual features. The new shape and contour lines of the elements forming the product's external surface positively impact its aesthetics and functional characteristics. The product is a packaging intended primarily for beverages, in the form of a thin-walled vessel, with varying shapes along the bottle's height and ornamentation on part of its surface, a multi-pronged shaped foot, and in the upper part an external flange at the filler neck and a screw-on closure at the top of the bottle. The industrial design of the bottle, in parallel view, is shown in the attached drawing. Essential features of an industrial design A bottle, especially for beverages, with individually shaped figure features, characterized by the fact that it is a solid of revolution, wherein the shape of the main part of the bottle consists of, starting from its shaped foot, a lower part with a height of approximately one third of the height of the bottle, having a shape similar to a truncated cone, the lower, larger base of which is located at the foot of the bottle and the side surface of this truncated cone is slightly convex, wherein on the side surface of the truncated cone of the lower part of the bottle there is a circumferential, horizontal, shallow groove at the bottom, separating this lower part from the foot, and above on the side surface of the truncated cone there are four wavy, circumferential, shallow grooves, evenly distributed over the height of this part of the bottle, wherein on the part of the side surface of the cone, between the lower, horizontal groove and the next wavy groove from the bottom and on the part of the side of the cone, at the height from the bottom, between the second and third wavy grooves, there are ornaments depicting various fruits and their parts as well as leaves and stems of plants, and above the lower part of the bottle, from the fourth level from the bottom of the wavy groove, there begins the middle part of the bottle, with a height of approximately eighth of the height of the bottle, in a shape similar to a truncated cone, the lower, smaller base of which corresponds to the upper, smaller base of the truncated cone of the lower part, and the upper, larger base corresponds to the lower, larger base of the truncated cone of the lower part, wherein the generatrix of the surface of the truncated cone of the middle part of the bottle is slightly convex, and on the entire surface of the side of this middle truncated cone there is ornamentation depicting various fruits and their parts as well as leaves and stems of plants, and The next, highest part of the bottle has a shape similar to a barrel, in which the diameter of the lower base is slightly smaller than the largest diameters of the lower and middle parts of the bottle and nearly twice the diameter of the upper base of the barrel, with the height of this upper part of the bottle being slightly less than one-third of the bottle's height.
