The bottle design is a new form of the product, possessing a unique character and new features. The new shape and contour lines of the elements forming the product's external surface positively impact its aesthetics and functional characteristics. The product is a packaging intended primarily for beverages, in the form of a thin-walled vessel, cylindrical in its basic part, with a shaped, multi-segmented, flat foot, a conical upper neck connecting to a filler with an external flange and a screw-cap closure. The industrial design of the bottle, in parallel view, is shown in the attached drawing. Essential features of an industrial design A bottle, especially for beverages, with individually shaped figure features, characterized by the fact that it is a solid of revolution, the shape of which, above its foot, consists of a main cylindrical part constituting approximately half the height of the bottle, a bottle neck in the shape of a truncated cone, the height of which is approximately one quarter of the bottle, and the ratio of the diameter of the cylindrical part to the diameter of the lower base of the conical part is approximately 5:8, and between the cylindrical part and the conical part there are three short transition parts with spherical outlines. The features described above are illustrated in the attached drawing of the industrial design of the bottle. They create a unique character for the product and create a different overall impression on the informed user, different from the impression created by previously known industrial designs of this type of product.
