Nowe cechy ksztaltu i linie konturów elementów tworzacych powierzchnie zewnetrzne wytworu korzystnie wplywaja na jego estetyke i charakterystyke uzytkowa. Wytwór jest opakowaniem przeznaczonym zwlaszcza do napojów, posiadajacy postac cienkosciennego naczynia, w podstawowej czesci o ksztalcie walcowym, z ksztaltowa, wielo- segmentowy plaska stopka, z górna szyjka laczaca sie z wlewem, posiadajacym zewnetrzny kolnierz oraz na górze zamkniecie nakretka. The bottle design is a new form of the product, possessing a unique character and new features. The new shape and contour lines of the elements forming the product's external surface positively impact its aesthetics and functional characteristics. The product is a thin-walled container, designed primarily for beverages, in the form of a cylindrical container with a shaped, multi-segmented flat foot, an upper neck connecting to a filler with an external flange and a screw-on closure. The lower part of the cylindrical side of the bottle design features a vertically convex inscription "VERONI." This inscription is not a characteristic feature of the industrial design. The industrial design of the bottle, in parallel projection, is shown in the attached drawing. Essential features of an industrial design A bottle, especially for beverages, with individually shaped figure features, characterized by the fact that it is a solid of revolution, the shape of which, above its foot, consists of a lower cylindrical part, constituting a little more than one third of the height of the bottle, above which there is a central cylindrical part, with a height constituting about one quarter of the height of the bottle and with a diameter slightly smaller than the lower part, wherein on the side of the central cylindrical part there are two circumferential, horizontal grooves - isoscelesly placed at the height of this cylindrical part, and furthermore above there is the highest cylindrical part, with a diameter equal to the lower cylindrical part and a height constituting one eighth of the height of the bottle, wherein the upper end of the cylindrical parts of the bottle is a convex A part, which is a section of the side surface of a sphere with a small diameter compared to the diameter of the cylindrical parts of the bottle, and above it is a short part, with a concave steering wheel, connecting to the bottle's neck in the shape of a truncated cone.
