The bottle design represents a new form of the product, possessing a unique character and new visual features. The new shape and contour lines of the elements forming the external surfaces positively impact its aesthetics and functional characteristics, giving the product a distinctive character. The product is a beverage packaging in the form of a transparent, thin-walled vessel in the shape of a solid of revolution, with a flat base, and a generally cylindrical upper part, connecting to a filler with an external thread and an external flange. The cylindrical part transitions towards the bottom of the bottle into a barrel-shaped part. The view of the industrial design of the bottle is shown in the attached photograph. Essential features of the industrial design A beverage bottle with individually shaped features of a transparent, thin-walled vessel in the form of a solid of revolution, characterized in that its shape, above the foot, at the bottom consists of a barrel-shaped part constituting approximately half the height of the bottle, then an upper cylindrical part, the height of which, together with the filler, is approximately half the height of the bottle, wherein the ratio of the largest diameter of the barrel-shaped part to the diameter of the cylindrical part is approximately 4:3, and furthermore the largest diameter of the barrel-shaped part is approximately 1/3 of the height of the bottle.
