Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, która stanowi opakowanie, w szczególnosci przeznaczone do napojów alkoholowych. Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig. 1, fig. 1a i fig. 1b, przy czym fig. 1 - przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w widoku z przodu, fig. 1a - przedstawia wzór z tylu, fig. 1b - przedstawia wzór w widoku z boku. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionego na ilustracji fig. 1, fig. 1a i fig. 1b - butelki - jest to, ze: – szyjka ksztaltem zblizona jest do walca, przy czym srednica poziomego przekroju szyjki ulega stopniowemu, niewielkiemu zwiekszeniu; – w górnej czesci szyjka zakonczona jest obwodowymi nadlewami stanowiacymi gwint butelki, natomiast w dolnej czesci szyjka przechodzi plynnie niejako w pólczasze, zwienczajaca zasadnicza bryle butelki - korpus, przy czym – srednica pólczaszy jest nieznacznie wieksza od srednicy bryly korpusu butelki i odpowiada srednicy dolnej czesci butelki, natomiast – poziomy przekrój korpusu butelki w dolnej i górnej jego czesci stanowi figure zblizona do okregu, przy czym – górna czesc korpusu posiada ksztalt walca; – powierzchnia boczna butelki - zarówno w czesci stanowiacej pólczasze jak i w czesci centralnej korpusu butelki - ulega zasadniczo pionowym i rozlozonym równomiernie czterem wglebieniom, tak ze w efekcie powierzchnie bocza butelki tworza cztery elementy, z których kazdy ksztaltem zblizony jest do fragmentu bocznej powierzchni walca, przy czym – kazde wglebienie pólczaszy butelki - w czesci najbardziej wkleslej - tworzy linie zasadniczo prosta przechodzaca w dolnej czesci pólczaszy w dwa luki rozchodzace sie na zewnatrz; – kazde wglebienie centralnej czesci korpusu butelki - w jego czesci najbardziej wkleslej - tworzy pionowa linie zasadniczo prosta, przechodzaca w dolnej i górnej jej czesci w dwa luki rozchodzace sie na zewnatrz; – górna czesc powierzchni korpusu butelki o ksztalcie walca we frontowej czesci butelki ulega przedluzeniu w dól, laczac sie plynnie z powierzchnia jednego z czterech elementów czesci centralnej korpusu. The industrial design applied for protection is shown in illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 1a and Fig. 1b, where Fig. 1 shows the industrial design in a front view, Fig. 1a shows the design from the back, and Fig. 1b shows the design in a side view. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 1a and Fig. 1b - the bottle - is that: – the neck is roughly cylindrical in shape, with the diameter of the horizontal cross-section of the neck gradually, slightly increasing; – in the upper part, the neck is finished with circumferential risers constituting the thread of the bottle, while in the lower part, the neck smoothly transforms into a half-bowl, topping the main body of the bottle – the body, wherein – the diameter of the half-bowl is slightly larger than the diameter of the body of the bottle and corresponds to the diameter of the lower part of the bottle, while – the horizontal cross-section of the bottle body in its lower and upper parts is a figure close to a circle, wherein – the upper part of the body has the shape of a cylinder; – the side surface of the bottle – both in the part constituting the half-bowl and in the central part of the bottle body – is subject to four substantially vertical and evenly distributed recesses, so that, as a result, the side surface of the bottle is formed by four elements, each of which is similar in shape to a fragment of the side surface of a cylinder, wherein – each recess of the bottle half-bowl – in its most concave part – forms a substantially straight line passing in the lower part of the half-bowl into two arcs diverging outwards; – each recess of the central part of the bottle body – in its most concave part – forms a substantially straight vertical line passing in the lower and upper parts into two arcs diverging outwards; – the upper part of the surface of the bottle body in the shape of a cylinder in the front part of the bottle is extended downwards, connecting smoothly with the surface of one of the four elements of the central part of the body.
