Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik sluzacy do konfekcjonowania i przechowywania produktów spozywczych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac pojemnika, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono pojemnik w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - przedstawiono pojemnik w widoku z góry, a na fig. 3 - przedstawiono pojemnik w widoku od dolu. Jak pokazano na rysunku pojemnik ma korpus o ksztalcie zblizonym do przewezonego lukowo w czesci srodkowej walca. Górna czesc korpusu ma szyjke w postaci waskiego pierscienia, zaopatrzona w zwoje gwintu. Okragle, meniskowato wglebione dno zaopatrzone jest w poblizu zewnetrznej krawedzi w stylizowany napis MOKATE.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Pojemnik ma korpus o ksztalcie zblizonym do przewezonego lukowo w czesci srodkowej walca. Górna czesc korpusu ma szyjke w postaci waskiego pierscienia, zaopatrzona w zwoje gwintu. Okragle, meniskowato wglebione dno zaopatrzone jest w poblizu zewnetrznej krawedzi w stylizowany napis MOKATE, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig. 3.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PLThe industrial design is a container used for packaging and storing food products. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the container, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic contour lines of individual elements. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the container from the side, Fig. 2 shows the container from the top, and Fig. 3 shows the container from the bottom. As shown in the drawing, the container has a body similar to a cylinder with an arc narrowing in the central part. The upper part of the body has a neck in the form of a narrow ring, provided with threaded turns. The round, meniscus-shaped bottom is embossed near the outer edge with a stylized MOKATE inscription.
