Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik sluzacy do konfekcjonowania i przechowywania produktów spozywczych. The subject of the industrial design is a container used for packaging and storing food products.

Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac pojemnika, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the container, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape, as well as in the arrangement of the main contour lines of individual elements.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono pojemnik w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - przedstawiono pojemnik w widoku z góry, a na fig. 3 - przedstawiono pojemnik w widoku od dolu. The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where in Fig. 1 the container is shown in a side view, Fig. 2 - the container is shown in top view, and in Fig. 3 - the container is shown in a bottom view.

Jak pokazano na rysunku pojemnik ma korpus o ksztalcie zblizonym do przewezonego lukowo w czesci srodkowej walca. Górna czesc korpusu ma szyjke w postaci waskiego pierscienia, zaopatrzona w zwoje gwintu. Okragle, meniskowato wglebione dno zaopatrzone jest w poblizu zewnetrznej krawedzi w stylizowany napis MOKATE.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Pojemnik ma korpus o ksztalcie zblizonym do przewezonego lukowo w czesci srodkowej walca. Górna czesc korpusu ma szyjke w postaci waskiego pierscienia, zaopatrzona w zwoje gwintu. Okragle, meniskowato wglebione dno zaopatrzone jest w poblizu zewnetrznej krawedzi w stylizowany napis MOKATE, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig. 3.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3As shown in the figure, the container has a body similar in shape to an arched body at the center of the cylinder.
