Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka przeznaczona do konfekcjonowania artykulów plynnych, zwlaszcza leków. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac butelki nadana jej w szczególnosci przez cechy linii i ksztaltu. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w przekro- ju pionowym, fig. 2 przedstawia fragment butelki od strony glówki w przekroju pionowym, fig. 3 przed- stawia odmiane butelki ze sprayem w widoku z przodu. Butelka ma postac walca 1, od góry zakonczonego glówka 2. Glówka 2 sklada sie z czesci stozkowej 3 o niewielkim pochyleniu ku górze najkorzystniej 5 ? oraz czesci walcowej 4, przy czym glówka 2 na powierzchni górnej ma niewielki stozkowy kolnierz 5, a od strony wewnetrznej ma kanalek 6. Dól butelki ma wypukle dno 7 tworzace pierscieniowe wglebienie 8. Pomiedzy walcem 1 a glówka 2 znajduje sie zwezona szyjka 9 z promieniami 10, 11, 12. Butelka w odmianie wykonania na glówce 2 ma zamontowany przycisk sprayowy 13 skladajacy sie z walcowych czesci 14, 15 i otworku 16, przy- kryty cylindrycznym kapturkiem 17. Butelka oraz butelka ze sprayem wykonywane sa w wymiarach 10 ml, 15 ml, 30 ml, 45 ml i 70 ml. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the bottle, given to it in particular by the features of its lines and shape. The subject of the design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a vertical cross-section, Fig. 2 shows a fragment of the bottle from the head side in a vertical cross-section, and Fig. 3 shows a variant of the spray bottle in a front view. The bottle has the form of a cylinder 1, terminating at the top in a head 2. The head 2 consists of a conical part 3 with a slight upward inclination, preferably 5? and a cylindrical part 4, wherein the head 2 has a small conical collar 5 on the upper surface and a channel 6 on the inner side. The bottom of the bottle has a convex bottom 7 forming an annular recess 8. Between the cylinder 1 and the head 2 there is a narrowed neck 9 with radii 10, 11, 12. In a variant of the bottle, a spray button 13 is mounted on the head 2, consisting of cylindrical parts 14, 15 and an opening 16, covered with a cylindrical cap 17. The bottle and the spray bottle are made in the following sizes: 10 ml, 15 ml, 30 ml, 45 ml and 70 ml. Essential features of the industrial design: The essence of the design is a new shape of the bottle consisting of a cylinder 1 and a head 2, wherein the head 2 has a conical part 3 with a slight upward inclination, preferably 5 - passing into the cylindrical part 4, on the upper surface it has a small conical collar 5 and on the inner side the head 2 has a channel 6, while in the lower part the bottle has a convex bottom 7 forming an annular recess 8. In a variant of the bottle, the head 2 has a spray button 13 mounted on the head 2, consisting of cylindrical parts 14, 15 and an opening 16 covered with a cylindrical cap 17.
