Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do konfekcjonowania przede wszystkim wyrobów alkoholowych. Butelka moze znajdowac zastosowanie równiez jako opakowanie innych plynów, takich jak: soki, napoje owocowe i warzywne, wody stolowe, wody mineralne i inne. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Nowa postac butelki przejawia sie w jej ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i konturach. Butelka, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.1 - ilustrujacej butelke w widoku ogólnym od frontu oraz na rysunku, na którym fig.2- pokazuje butelke w widoku z przodu, zas fig.3 - w widoku od spodu. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym moze byc wykonana ze szkla lub z tworzyw sztucznych. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawionego na fotografii, fig.1 oraz na rysunku, fig.2 i fig.3, nalezy zaliczyc, ze zbiornikowa czesc 1 butelki jest uksztaltowana w formie zwezajacej sie2 ku dolowi bryly, z górna scianka 2 i dnem 3 o zarysie kwadratów, z tym ze kwadrat dna 3 jest mniejszy niz kwadrat górnej scianki 2. Boczne scianki 4 pojemnikowej czesci 1 sa wyprofilowane lukowo i zbiezne ku dolowi. Górna scianka 2 pojemnikowej czesci 1 na obrzezach jest plaska ale w pewnej odleglosci od obrzeza, wzdluz lukowo wyprofilowanej, obwodowej powierzchni 5 przechodzi w rozmieszczona posrodku, nagwintowana szyjke 6. Ponizej nagwintowania 7 szyjka 6 jest zaopatrzona w obwodowy pierscien 8. Dno 3 butelki jest pogrubione, przy czym pogrubienie przenika w naroza butelki i zanika ku górze. The bottle can also be used as packaging for other liquids, such as juices, fruit and vegetable drinks, table waters, mineral waters, and others. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and material. The new form of the bottle is manifested in its shape, arrangement of lines, and contours. According to the industrial design, the bottle is suitable for multiple reproductions. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, illustrating the bottle in a general front view, and in the drawing, where Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a front view, and Fig. 3 in a bottom view. According to the industrial design, the bottle can be made of glass or plastic. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design shown in the photograph, fig. 1 and in the drawings, fig. 2 and fig. 3 include that the container part 1 of the bottle is shaped as a solid tapering downwards, with the upper wall 2 and the bottom 3 having a square outline, but the square of the bottom 3 is smaller than the square of the upper wall 2. The side walls 4 of the container part 1 are arc-shaped and tapering downwards. The upper wall 2 of the container part 1 is flat at the edges, but at a certain distance from the edge, along the arc-shaped, circumferential surface 5, it passes into a centrally located, threaded neck 6. Below the threading 7, the neck 6 is provided with a circumferential ring 8. The bottom 3 of the bottle is thickened, with the thickening penetrating into the corners of the bottle and fading upwards.
