Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do konfekcjonowania przede wszystkim napojów alkoholowych. Butelka moze tez znajdowac zastosowanie jako opakowanie innego rodzaju wyrobów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Nowa postac butelki przejawia sie w jej ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i konturach. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Butelka moze byc wytworzona w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z tworzyw sztucznych lub szkla. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których Fig. 1 - ilustruje butelke odmiana 1, zas Fig. 2 - prezentuje butelke odmiana 2. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym posiada czesc zbiornikowa, zaopatrzona u góry w szyjke. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego odmiana 1 przedstawionego na fotografii Fig. 1 nalezy zaliczyc, ze butelka jest wykonana z ciemnego i przezroczystego materialu. Dolna czesc zbiornikowa butelki jest uksztaltowana w formie walca i zweza sie stozkowo ku szyjce. Zawezenie ma lekko wypukly profil. Powierzchnia boczna czesci zbiornikowej butelki posiada obwodowa wkleslosc. Podstawa butelki zaopatrzona jest w przedzielone wycieciami rozmieszczone promieniscie, wypukle nózki. Pomiedzy szyjka a czescia zbiornikowa znajduje sie obwodowy kolnierz. Powyzej kolnierza szyjka jest zaopatrzona w gwintowanie. Butelka, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego odmiana 2 przedstawiona na zalaczonym rysunku, Fig. 2, jest wykonana z ciemnego i przezroczystego materialu. Dolna czesc zbiornikowa butelki jest uksztaltowana w formie walca i zweza sie stozkowo ku szyjce. Zawezenie ma lekko wypukly profil. Powierzchnia boczna czesci zbiornikowej butelki posiada obwodowa wkleslosc, na której umieszczona jest etykieta. Etykieta ma ksztalt czworoboku o zaokraglonych narozach. Etykieta zaopatrzona jest w napisy wkomponowane w elementy graficzne. Podstawa butelki zaopatrzona jest w przedzielone wycieciami rozmieszczone promieniscie, wypukle nózki. Pomiedzy szyjka a czescia zbiornikowa znajduje sie obwodowy kolnierz, ponizej którego, na szyjce znajduje sie etykieta majaca fantazyjny, podluzny, symetryczny ksztalt, o górnej krawedzi wkleslej, zas dolnej krawedzi wypuklej oraz bocznych krawedziach skosnie nachylonych i o zaokraglonych narozach. Etykieta zaopatrzona jest w napisy wkomponowane w elementy graficzne. The bottle may also be used as packaging for other types of products. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and material. The new form of the bottle is manifested in its shape, arrangement of lines, and contours. The bottle, according to the design, is reproducible. The bottle can be manufactured industrially or by hand from plastic or glass. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 illustrates bottle variant 1, while Fig. 2 presents bottle variant 2. The bottle, according to the industrial design, has a reservoir section with a neck at the top. The essential features of industrial design variant 1, shown in Fig. 1, include that the bottle is made of a dark and transparent material. The lower reservoir portion of the bottle is cylindrical and tapers conically towards the neck. The narrowing has a slightly convex profile. The lateral surface of the reservoir portion of the bottle has a circumferential concavity. The base of the bottle is provided with radially arranged, convex legs separated by cutouts. A circumferential flange is located between the neck and the reservoir portion. Above the flange, the neck is provided with threading. The bottle, according to industrial design variant 2, shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 2, is made of a dark and transparent material. The lower reservoir portion of the bottle is cylindrical and tapers conically towards the neck. The narrowing has a slightly convex profile. The side surface of the bottle's reservoir section has a circumferential concavity, on which the label is placed. The label is quadrilateral with rounded corners. The label features inscriptions integrated into the graphic elements. The base of the bottle is equipped with radially arranged, convex legs separated by cutouts. Between the neck and the reservoir section is a circumferential collar, below which, on the neck, sits a label with a fanciful, elongated, symmetrical shape, with a concave upper edge and a convex lower edge, and obliquely sloping side edges with rounded corners. The label features inscriptions integrated into the graphic elements.
