Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, znajdujaca zastosowanie jako opakowanie jednostkowe wyrobów alkoholowych, szczególnie napojów alkoholowych na miodzie. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig. 1 - pokazuje butelke w widoku ogólnym od frontu, zas fig.2 - uwidacznia butelke w widoku z boku i od frontu. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym moze byc wykonana ze szkla lub z tworzyw sztucznych. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawionego na zalaczonej fotografii, fig. 1 oraz fig.2, nalezy zaliczyc, ze butelka ma ksztalt wydluzonej bryly o wypuklych wzdluz osi pionowej sciankach. Scianki butelki w widoku od frontu maja lukowo wyprofilowane krawedzie, zbiezne ku górze, ku rozmieszczonej posrodku szyjce. Szyjka butelki jest zakonczona obwodowym pierscieniem. Butelka odspodu ma zarys elipsy a jej boczne scianki, polaczone u dolu i na pewnym odcinku nad dnem butelki, rozchodza^ sie ku górze na boki. Rozchodzace sie na boki scianki butelki sa polaczone lukowo wyprofilowana powierzchnia, której szerokosc wzrasta ku szyjce a wygiecie odwzorowuje krawedzie bocznych scianek w widoku od frontu. Boczne scianki butelki maja wglebiania jod etykiete. Zaiys tych wglebien przypomina nieco w swej formie zarys butelki w widoku od frontu. Powyzej wglebiania pod etykiete jest wykonane wglebienie o zarysie kola. W poblizu dolnej krawedzi butelki znajduje sie zdobienie w postaci wypuklosci tworzacych stylizowane litery, ukladajace sie w napis.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PLThe industrial design is for a bottle used as individual packaging for alcoholic beverages, particularly honey-based alcoholic beverages. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique form, imbued with features of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and material. The bottle, in accordance with the industrial design, is suitable for multiple reproductions. The industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a general front view, while Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the side and front. According to the industrial design, the bottle may be made of glass or plastic. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The essential features of the industrial design shown in the attached photographs, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, include the bottle's shape as an elongated solid with walls convex along the vertical axis. The bottle walls, viewed from the front, have arched, profiled edges that converge upward toward the centrally located neck. The bottle neck is topped with a circumferential ring. The bottle's bottom has an ellipse-shaped outline, and its side walls, connected at the bottom and at a certain distance above the bottom, flare upwards to the sides. The flaring bottle walls are connected by an arched, profiled surface, the width of which increases toward the neck, and the bend mirrors the edges of the side walls in the front view. The side walls of the bottle have recesses and a label. These recesses somewhat resemble the outline of the bottle in the front view. Above the recess for the label, there is a circular recess.
