Nakretka na butelke Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nakretka na butelke, stanowiaca wyposazenie butelki, szczególnie na napoje chlodzace, wody mineralne, wody gazowane i inne. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów oraz material. Nakretka na butelke, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym moze byc wytwarzana w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z tworzyw sztucznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia nakretke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2 - uwidacznia nakretke w widoku z boku i czesciowo w przekroju oraz fig. 3 - w widoku z góry. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany takze na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.4 - ilustrujacej nakretke w widoku z ogólnym. Górna czesc 2 nakretki przypomina w swej formie scieta od góry poziomo czasze, której boczna scianka w widoku z boku na odcinku 3 jest scieta ukosnie i zwrócona ku górze, po czym laczy sie z pionowa scianka 4, przypominajaca pierscien a nastepnie jest lukowo wygieta, tworzac zaokraglona krawedz 5. Górna czesc 2 nakretki jest zrobiona ryflowaniami w formie rozmieszczonych równomiernie na obwodzie, jeden obok drugiego zeber 6, scietych u dolu ukosnie a nastepnie pionowych po czym wygietych lukowo i zbieznych ku górnej, scietej poziomej powierzchni 7 nakretki. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique form, imbued with character by the features of lines, contours, shapes, and materials. According to the industrial design, the bottle cap can be manufactured industrially or by hand from plastics. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the cap in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the cap in a side view and partial cross-section, and Fig. 3 shows the cap in a top view. The design is also presented in the attached photograph, Fig. 4 illustrating the cap in a general view. Essential features of an industrial design The essential features of an industrial design include the fact that the bottle cap has the form of a solid, the lower part of which is a circumferential ring 1. The upper part 2 of the cap resembles a bowl cut horizontally from the top, the side wall of which, in a side view in section 3, is cut diagonally and turned upwards, after which it connects with a vertical wall 4, resembling a ring, and is then bent into an arc, creating a rounded edge 5. The upper part 2 of the cap is made of grooves in the form of ribs 6 evenly distributed around the circumference, one next to the other, cut diagonally at the bottom, then vertical, then bent into an arc and converging towards the upper, cut horizontal surface 7 of the cap.
