Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 29 wrzesnia 2003r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do konfekcjonowania przede wszystkim wyrobów kosmetycznych, takich jak: perfumy, wody kwiatowe, wody toaletowe i inne. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Nowa postac butelki przejawia sie w jej ksztalcie. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - ilustruje butelke w widoku odczola z krawedzia posrodku, fig. 2 - w widoku od czola z krawedzia usytuowana z boku, fig. 3 - w widoku od spodu, zas fig. 4 - w widoku z góry. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony takze na fotografii, fig. 5 - prezentujacej butelke w widoku perspektywicznym. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonana, korzystnie ze szkla. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze czesc zbiornikowa 1 butelki, wedlug rozwiazania jest uksztaltowana w formie odwróconego, rozszerzajacego sie ku górze, scietego ostroslupa. Podstawa 2 czesci zbiornikowej i jest wglebiona i ma zarys trójkata. Boczne scianki 3 czesci zbiornikowej 1 wznosza sie ukosnie ku górze. Górne krawedzie 4 bocznych scianek 3 sa zaokraglone, lukowo wygiete i tworza uskoki 5. The industrial design is a bottle intended primarily for packaging cosmetic products such as perfumes, floral waters, eau de toilettes, and others. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, imbued with character by lines, contours, shapes, structure, and materials. The new form of the bottle is manifested in its shape. The bottle, according to the design, is suitable for multiple reproductions. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the bottle from the front with the edge in the center, Fig. 2 from the front with the edge positioned on the side, Fig. 3 from the bottom, and Fig. 4 from the top. The design is also presented in a photograph, Fig. 5 presenting the bottle in a perspective view. The bottle, according to the industrial design, is made, preferably of glass. Significant features of the industrial design include that the container part 1 of the bottle, according to the solution, is shaped like an inverted, upwardly widening, truncated pyramid. The base 2 of the container part 1 is recessed and has a triangular outline. The side walls 3 of the container part 1 rise diagonally upward. The upper edges 4 of the side walls 3 are rounded, arched, and form steps 5.
