PL 25235 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest buteleczka, znajdujaca w konfekcjonowaniu wyrobów kosmetycznych, glównie perfum, wód kwiatowych, wód toaletowych, a takze innych kosmetyków maja- cych postac plynna. Buteleczka moze byc wykorzystywana takze jako opakowanie jednostkowe towa- rów o innym przeznaczeniu, na przyklad artykulów chemii gospodarczej lub produktów spozywczych. EN 25235 2 Description of the industrial design The object of the industrial design is a bottle, which can be found in the packaging of cosmetic products, mainly perfumes, floral waters, toilet waters, as well as other cosmetics in a liquid form. The bottle can also be used as a unit packaging of goods for other purposes, for example household chemicals or food products.

Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów oraz material. The essence of the pattern is a new and individual form of a product, given it by the features of lines, contours, shapes and material.

Buteleczka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wytwarzana w sposób przemyslowy lub rze- mieslniczy ze szkla. Moze tez byc wytwarzana z tworzyw sztucznych. The bottle, in accordance with the industrial design, is manufactured in an industrial or craft manner from glass. It can also be made of plastics.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig. 1 – przedstawia wizualizacje buteleczki w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu i od góry, fig. 2 – uwidacznia buteleczke w widoku z boku, natomiast fig. 3 – pokazuje buteleczke w widoku od spodu. The object of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 - shows a visualization of the bottle in a perspective view from the front and top, Fig. 2 - shows the bottle in a side view, while Fig. 3 - shows the bottle in a view from below.

Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, zaprezentowanego na zalaczonych ilustracjach, nalezy zaliczyc, ze górna czesc buteleczki jest uksztaltowana w formie pólkolistej czaszy, przechodzacej w pionowa, obwodowa scianke. Posrodku czaszy jest rozmieszczona szyjka, zakonczona od strony zewnetrznej obwodowym pierscieniem. Dno buteleczki jest pogrubione i wglebione od spodu.
