Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do konfekcjonowania przede wszystkim wyrobów perfumeryjnych. Moga to byc perfumy, wody kwiatowe, wody toaletowe. Butelka moze tez byc wykorzystywana jako opakowanie równiez innych produktów kosmetycznych i spozywczych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym, nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l - ilustruje butelke w widoku z przodu, fig.2 - w widoku z boku, zas fig.3 - pokazuje butelke widoku od spodu. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonana, korzystnie ze szkla. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and materials. The bottle, in accordance with the industrial design, is suitable for multiple reproductions. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 from the side, and Fig. 3 from the bottom. The bottle, in accordance with the industrial design, is preferably made of glass. Significant features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design shown in the drawings, Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3 include that the reservoir part 1 of the bottle, through the arched and upwardly tapering upper part 2, passes into the threaded neck 3. The reservoir part 1 of the bottle, viewed from below, has an oval-like outline, while in the side view, the reservoir part 1 is cut diagonally on both sides and tapered downwards.
