Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest buteleczka, przeznaczona do konfekcjonowania wyrobów kosmetycznych, szczególnie lakieru do paznokci. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac wytworu, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa postac buteleczki przejawia sie w jej ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l - ilustruje buteleczke w widoku z boku, natomiast fig. 2 - w widoku od spodu.Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony takze na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.3 - prezentujacej buteleczke w widoku perspektywicznym. Buteleczka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonana, korzystnie ze szkla. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze buteleczka 1 zgodnie ze wzorem jest wyposazona u góry w nagwintowana szyjke 2, rozmieszczona osiowo i polaczona z czescia zbiornikowa 3. Czesc zbiornikowa 3 buteleczki jest uksztaltowana w formie bryly, która ma postac scietego od góry ostroslupa. Ostroslup jest opisany na podstawie 4 o zarysie kwadratu. The industrial design is a bottle intended for packaging cosmetic products, particularly nail polish. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the product, suitable for multiple reproductions. The new form of the bottle is manifested in its shape. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the bottle from the side, and Fig. 2 - from the bottom. The design is also shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 3 - presenting the bottle from a perspective view. In accordance with the industrial design, the bottle is made, preferably of glass. The essential features of the industrial design include that the bottle 1, as shown in the design, is equipped with a threaded neck 2 at the top, arranged axially and connected to the reservoir part 3.
