Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do konfekcjonowania przede wszystkim wyrobów alkoholowych. Butelka moze znajdowac zastosowanie równiez jako opakowanie innych plynów, takich jak: soki, napoje owocowe i warzywne, wody stolowe, wody mineralne i inne. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Nowa postac butelki przejawia sie w jej ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i konturach. Butelka, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.1 - ilustrujacej butelke w widoku ogólnym od f r ontu oraz na rysunku, na którym fig.2- pokazuje butelke w widoku z przodu, zas fig.3 - w widoku od spodu. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym moze byc wykonana ze szkla lub z tworzyw sztucznych. Cechy Istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawionego na fotografii, fig.1 oraz na rysunku, fig.2 i fig.3, nalezy zaliczyc, ze czesc zbiornikowa 1 butelki jest uksztaltowana w formie poszerzonego2 posrodku i zwezajacego sie ku górze oraz ku dolowi cylindra. Górna scianka 2 pojemnikowej czesci 1 ma zarys kola. Na obrzezach jest plaska ale w pewnej odleglosci od obrzeza, wzdluz lukowo wyprofilowanej, obwodowej powierzchni 3 przechodzi w rozmieszczona posrodku, nagwintowana szyjke 4. Ponizej nagwintowania 5, na szyjce 4 jest wykonany obwodowy pierscien 6. Dno 7 butelki jest pogrubione. Od zewnatrz dno 7 ma wkleslosc 8 obwiedziona pierscieniem 9 o perforowanej powierzchni. The bottle can also be used as packaging for other liquids, such as juices, fruit and vegetable drinks, table waters, mineral waters, and others. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and material. The new form of the bottle is manifested in its shape, arrangement of lines, and contours. According to the industrial design, the bottle is suitable for multiple reproductions. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, illustrating the bottle in a general front view, and in the drawing, where Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the front, and Fig. 3, from the bottom. According to the industrial design, the bottle can be made of glass or plastic. Significant Features of the Industrial Design The significant features of the industrial design shown in the photograph, Fig. 1, and the drawings, Figs. 2 and 3, include that the container part 1 of the bottle is shaped like a cylinder, widening 2 in the center and narrowing towards the top and bottom. The upper wall 2 of the container part 1 has a circular outline. It is flat at the edges, but at a certain distance from the rim, along the arc-shaped, circumferential surface 3, it transitions into a centrally located, threaded neck 4. Below the threading 5, a circumferential ring 6 is made on the neck 4. The bottom 7 of the bottle is thickened.
