Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Nowa postac butelki przejawia sie w jej ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i konturach.The essence of the pattern is a new and individual form of a product, given it by the features of lines, contours, shapes, structure and material. The new shape of the bottle is reflected in its shape, arrangement of lines and contours.

Butelka, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania.The bottle, according to the industrial design, is suitable for repeated reproduction.

Significant features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design shown in the photo, fig.1 and in the drawing, fig.2 and fig.3, should be taken into account that the reservoir part 1 of the bottle is shaped as a widened2 in the center and tapering upwards and towards bottom of the cylinder. The top wall 2 of the container part 1 has the outline of a circle. It is flat on the periphery, but at a distance from the periphery, along an arcuate peripheral surface 3, it turns into a threaded neck 4 arranged in the center. Below the threads 5, a circumferential ring 6 is made on the neck 4.

Dno 7 butelki jest pogrubione. Od zewnatrz dno 7 ma wkleslosc 8 obwiedziona pierscieniem 9 o perforowanej powierzchni.The bottom of the bottle 7 is thickened. On the outside, the bottom 7 has a concave 8 surrounded by a ring 9 with a perforated surface.
