Nowoscia i oryginalnoscia wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac butelki nadana przez cechy ksztaltu, kolorystyki i wlasciwosci materialu z jakiego jest wykonana. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku przedstawiajacym widok butelki z boku. PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle that is used as a packaging for carbonated and non-carbonated drinks. The novelty and originality of the industrial design is a new and individual form of a bottle given by the features of the shape, color and properties of the material from which it is made. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing showing the side view of the bottle. According to the pattern, the bottle has a shape similar to a cylinder with a collar at the top and a head with a split thread, equipped with an outlet opening, and with a profiled bottom at the bottom. The upper part of the bottle, below the collar, conically widens downwards and with a gentle arc it turns into the basic cylindrical holding-display part, with a diameter slightly smaller than the diameter of the upper and bottom parts. The bottom part is ended with peripherally arranged feet with trapezoidal contours separated by indentations with contours similar to oblong surfaces in the shape of paraboloid sections. In the upper part of the bottle, between the collar and the split thread, the cylindrical section of the head is imprinted with a convex inscription "W and P" on the perimeter. The bottle, according to the industrial design, is made of brown polyethylene terephthalate with different colorings and varying degrees of transparency. The essential features of the industrial design are such that the upper part of the bottle below the collar conically widens towards the bottom and with a gentle arc it turns into a basic cylindrical gripping and extension part, with a diameter slightly smaller than the diameter of the upper and bottom part ending with circumferentially spaced feet with trapezoidal contours separated by hollows with rounded contours surface in the shape of paraboloid sections, while in the upper part of the bottle, between the collar and the thread, the cylindrical section of the head has an imprinted, convex inscription "W and P" on the circumference, while the bottle is made of brown polyethylene terephthalate with various colors and degrees of color transparency.
