Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od 17 wrzesnia 1999 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka z tworzywa sztucznego, przeznaczona do produktów spozywczych, zwlaszcza do mleka. Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie we wlasci- wosciach powierzchni nadajacych butelce swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest pokazany na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z boku, a fig. 2 butelke w widoku od dolu. Zgodnie z fotografia butelka ma postac bryly obrotowej skladajacej sie z czesci uksztaltowanej w formie walca z dwoma obwodowymi przewezeniami i z czesci uksztaltowanej w formie stozka utworzonego z segmentów w ksztalcie stozków scietych o srednicach zmniejszajacych sie w kierunku szyjki butelki, jak to poka- zano na fig. 1.Walcowa czesc butelki, o wysokosci okolo 1, 75 srednicy, przechodzi lagodnym lukiem w dno, które na obwodzie jest uksztaltowane w formie wypuklego pierscie- nia przedzielonego rowkiem przebiegajacym wzdluz srednicy butelki. Srodkowa czesc dna o wypuklosci równej wypuklosci wspomnianego pierscienia, lagodnie opada w jego kierunku, co pokazano na fig. 2. Stozkowa czesc butelki, przechodzi lagodnym lukiem w okragly kolnierz o srednicy znacznie wiekszej od srednicy znajdujacej sie pod nim czesci stozkowej, a nastep- nie w walcowy wystep z zebatymi nacieciami wykonanymi na przeciwleglych odcinkach jego powierzchni bocznej i w szyjke butelki z gwintem do polaczenia butelki z zamknieciem. Wysokosc butelki jest okolo 3 razy wieksza od jej srednicy. The design is a plastic bottle intended for food products, particularly milk. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in the surface properties that give the bottle a unique and original appearance. The design is shown in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the side, and Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the bottom. According to the photograph, the bottle has the form of a solid of revolution consisting of a part shaped in the form of a cylinder with two circumferential narrowings and a part shaped in the form of a cone made of truncated cone-shaped segments with diameters decreasing towards the neck of the bottle, as shown in Fig. 1. The cylindrical part of the bottle, with a height of approximately 1.75 of the diameter, passes in a gentle arc into the bottom, which on the circumference is shaped in the form of a convex ring divided by a groove running along the diameter of the bottle. The central part of the bottom, with a convexity equal to that of the aforementioned ring, slopes gently toward it, as shown in Fig. 2. The conical part of the bottle transitions in a gentle arc into a circular collar with a diameter significantly larger than the diameter of the conical part underneath it, and then into a cylindrical projection with toothed cuts made on opposite sections of its side surface, and into the bottle neck with a thread for connecting the bottle to the closure.
