Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 09.05.2002r. Bottle The right to register an industrial design has been in force since May 9, 2002.

Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest gladka butelka przeznaczona do napojów, w tym szczególnie do napojów alkoholowych. The subject of the industrial design is a smooth bottle intended for beverages, especially alcoholic beverages.

Istota wzoru jest nowa postac butelki, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie. The essence of the pattern is the new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape.

Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia widok butelki, natomiast fig. 2 - widok jej odmiany. The subject of the pattern is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a view of the bottle, while Fig. 2 - a view of its variant.

Wykaz odmian wzoru przemyslowego: 1) butelka z klasycznym dnem - fig. 1, 2) butelka z rozetka na dnie - fig. 2. List of varieties of an industrial design: 1) a bottle with a classic bottom - fig. 1, 2) a bottle with a rosette at the bottom - fig. 2.

Jak pokazano na rysunku, fig. 1 - butelka posiada ksztalt walca, który na dole, przy polaczeniu z podstawa ma lekko zaokraglone krawedzie brzegowe i tworzy wklesle do srodka dno. Natomiast w górnej czesci butelka posiada ksztalt niskiego, nieznacznie wyoblonego i rozlozystego stozka scietego polaczonego z szyjka butelki. Szyjka zas ma ksztalt walca, przy czym w górze, w poblizu gwintowanego nadlewu, stanowiacego zakonczenie szyjki - srednica tego walca zmniejsza sie. As shown in the drawing, Fig. 1 - the bottle has the shape of a cylinder which at the bottom, when connected to the base, has slightly rounded peripheral edges and forms a concave bottom. On the other hand, in the upper part, the bottle has the shape of a low, slightly curved and extending truncated cone connected to the neck of the bottle. The neck has the shape of a cylinder, and upwards, near the threaded boss, which is the end of the neck, the diameter of this cylinder decreases.

Jak pokazano na rysunku, fig. 2 - odmiana butelki posiada ksztalt walca, który na dole, przy polaczeniu z podstawa ma lekko zaokraglone krawedzie brzegowe i tworzy wklesle do srodka dno, którego srodkowej czesci znajduje sie koliste wglebienie z umiejscowiona w nim 4-ramienna, dekoracyjna rozetka. Natomiast w górnej czesci butelka posiada ksztalt niskiego, nieznacznie wyoblonego i rozlozystego stozka scietego polaczonego z szyjka butelki.
