Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki, odznaczajaca sie walorami estetycznymi, przejawiajacymi sie w ksztalcie szyjki nachylonej katowo w stosunku do pozostalej, dolnej czesci butelki. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzuje sie tym ze ma korpus, który w jej czesci srodkowej przeweza sie w kierunku szyjki za pomoca wypuklej powierzchni oraz wkleslej powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od czola, fig. 2 - przedstawiono butelke wwidoku z boku, a na fig. 3 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od czola zaopatrzona w etykiete. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka ma korpus i, który w jej czesci srodkowej przeweza sie w kierunku szyjki 2 wypukla powierzchnia 3 oraz wklesla powierzchnia 4. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, distinguished by aesthetic qualities, manifested in the shape of the neck, which is inclined at an angle relative to the remaining, lower part of the bottle. The bottle according to the industrial design is characterized by a body that narrows in its central part towards the neck with a convex surface and a concave surface. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the side, and Fig. 3 shows the bottle from the front with a label.
