Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka przeznaczona do róznych napojów, w tym szczególnie do napojów alkoholowych. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie oraz oryginalnym uformowaniem powierzchni przedniej i tylnej scianki. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1- przedstawia widok butelki z przodu, fig.2 - przedstawia jej widok boczny oraz fig.3 - przedstawia rzut z góry butelki. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka posiada wysmukla szyjke, która u góry ma ksztalt walca zakonczonego gwintowanym nadlewem - i z zasadniczym korpusem butelki laczy sie lagodnym, rozleglym, lukiem o duzym zewnetrznym promieniu. Natomiast korpus butelki jest splaszczony i w widoku z góry posiada ksztalt wydluzonego prostokata, którego dwa przeciwlegle krótsze boki - odpowiadajace sciankom bocznym butelki - maja ksztalt krótkich luków wypuklych na zewnatrz. Ponadto na przedniej i tylnej sciance butelki, symetrycznie po obydwu jej stronach umiejscowiony jest czworoboczny nadlew, którego dolny poziomy bok jest linia prosta, dwa pionowe boki sa minimalnie odchylone na zewnatrz a górny bok ma ksztalt luku. Cala powierzchnia butelki - poza powierzchnia opisanych wyzej nadlewów - pokryta jest drobna faktura imitujaca szklo mrozone.Cechy istotne wzoru to: - ksztalt korpusu butelki; - oryginalna wysmukla szyjka oraz ksztalt jej polaczenia z korpusem butelki; - umiejscowienie na symetrycznych sciankach czolowych butelki tj. na sciance przedniej i tylnej czworobocznego nadlewu; - pokrycie powierzchni butelki - z wyjatkiem powierzchni czworobocznych nadlewów - drobna faktura imitujaca szklo mrozone.Fig.1 Fig. Z Fig. 3Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle intended for various beverages, particularly alcoholic beverages. The essence of the design is the new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape and the original shaping of the front and rear walls. The design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the front view of the bottle, Fig. 2 shows its side view, and Fig. 3 shows a top view of the bottle. As shown in the drawing, the bottle has a slender neck, which at the top is cylindrical in shape with a threaded boss, and connects to the main body of the bottle with a gentle, broad arc with a large outer radius. The body of the bottle, on the other hand, is flattened and, when viewed from above, has the shape of an elongated rectangle, whose two opposite shorter sides—corresponding to the side walls of the bottle—are shaped like short, convex arcs convex outward. Additionally, a quadrilateral riser is placed symmetrically on both sides of the bottle's front and back walls. The lower horizontal side is a straight line, the two vertical sides are slightly outward, and the upper side is arc-shaped. The entire surface of the bottle—except for the risers described above—is covered with a fine texture imitating frosted glass. The design's key features include: - the shape of the bottle's body; - the original, slender neck and the shape of its connection to the bottle's body; - the placement of the quadrilateral riser on the symmetrical front walls of the bottle, i.e., the front and back walls of the quadrilateral riser; - the surface of the bottle—with the exception of the quadrilateral risers—is covered with a fine texture imitating frosted glass.
