Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka tradycyjna przeznaczona do róznych napojów, w tym szczególnie do napojów alkoholowych. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie oraz oryginalnym uformowaniu przedniej i tylnej scianki we wzorze podstawowym oraz w jego odmianach. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na rysunkach, na których fig.1 - przedstawia widok butelki z przodu, fig.1a - przedstawia jej widok z boku oraz fig.1b - przedstawia rzut z góry butelki. Natomiast fig.2 - przedstawia widok z przodu odmiany butelki, fig.2a - przedstawia jej widok z boku i fig.2b - przedstawia widok z góry tej odmiany, zas fig.3 - przedstawia widok z przodu kolejnej, drugiej odmiany butelki, fig.3a - przedstawia jej widok z boku i fig.3b - przedstawia widok z góry tej odmiany. Jak pokazano na rysunku fig.1, fig.1a i fig.1b - butelka posiada niska szyjke w ksztalcie walca zakonczonego u góry gwintowanym nadlewem, a na dole u nasady szyjki przy polaczeniu jej z korpusem - posiada nadlew w postaci obwodowego pierscienia. Natomiast korpus butelki jest splaszczony i w widoku z góry posiada ksztalt wydluzonego prostokata, którego dwa przeciwlegle, krótsze boki - odpowiadajace sciankom bocznym butelki - maja ksztalt krótkich luków wypuklych na zewnatrz. W widoku czolowym tj. z przodu i z tylu - kontury scianek korpusu butelki w górnej czesci maja ksztalt pólkolisty, a nizej kontury te sa proste. Ponadto na przedniej i tylnej sciance butelki, symetrycznie po obydwu stronach korpusu umiejscowiony jest czworoboczny nadlew, którego dolny, poziomy bok jest linia prosta, dwa, pionowe bokisa minimalnie odchylone na zewnatrz, a górny bok ma ksztalt luku. Cala powierzchnia butelki - poza powierzchnia opisanymi powyzej nadlewów - pokryta jest drobna faktura imitujaca szklo mrozone. Odmiana butelki przedstawiona na rysunku fig.2, fig.2a i fig.2b - posiada niska szyjke w ksztalcie walca zakonczonego u góry gwintowanym nadlewem, a na dole u nasady szyjki przy polaczeniu jej z korpusem - posiada nadlew w postaci obwodowego pierscienia. Kolejna, druga odmiana butelki uwidoczniona na rysunku fig.3, fig.3a i fig.3b -posiada takze niska szyjke w ksztalcie walca zakonczonego u góry gwintowanym nadlewem, a na dole u nasady szyjki - przy polaczeniu jej z korpusem posiada nadlew w postaci obwodowego pierscienia. Natomiast korpus butelki jest splaszczony i w widoku z góry ma ksztalt wydluzonego prostokata, którego dwa przeciwlegle, krótsze boki odpowiadajace sciankom bocznym butelki - maja ksztalt krótkich luków wypuklych na zewnatrz. The essence of the design is the new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape and the original formation of the front and rear walls in the basic design and its variants. The subject of the design is visible in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a front view of the bottle, Fig. 1a shows a side view, and Fig. 1b shows a top view of the bottle. Fig. 2 shows a front view of a variant of the bottle, Fig. 2a shows a side view, and Fig. 2b shows a top view of this variant, while Fig. 3 shows a front view of the second variant of the bottle, Fig. 3a shows a side view, and Fig. 3b shows a top view of this variant. As shown in Figures 1, 1a, and 1b, the bottle has a low, cylindrical neck with a threaded boss at the top and a boss in the form of a circumferential ring at the bottom of the neck, where it connects to the body. The body of the bottle is flattened and, from above, has the shape of an elongated rectangle, whose two opposite, shorter sides—corresponding to the bottle's side walls—are shaped like short, outwardly convex arcs. In the frontal view, i.e., from the front and back, the contours of the bottle's body walls are semicircular at the top, while below, these contours are straight. Furthermore, a quadrilateral riser is placed symmetrically on both sides of the bottle's front and rear walls. The lower, horizontal side is a straight line, the two vertical sides are slightly outward, and the upper side is arc-shaped. The entire surface of the bottle—except for the risers described above—is covered with a fine texture imitating frosted glass. The bottle variant shown in Fig. 2, Fig. 2a, and Fig. 2b has a low, cylindrical neck with a threaded riser at the top, and a riser in the form of a circumferential ring at the base of the neck where it connects to the body. The bottle's body, on the other hand, is flattened and, from above, has the shape of an elongated rectangle, whose two opposite, shorter sides—corresponding to the bottle's side walls—are shaped like short, outward-curving arcs. In the frontal view, i.e., the front and back, the contours of the bottle's body walls are semicircular in the upper part, and these contours are also arc-shaped below. Furthermore, a quadrilateral riser is located symmetrically on both sides of the body on the front and back walls. The lower, horizontal side is a straight line, the two vertical sides are slightly outwardly inclined, and the upper side is arc-shaped. The entire surface of the bottle—except for the risers described above—is covered with a fine knurling imitating frosted glass. The second bottle variant, shown in Fig. 3, Fig. 3a, and Fig. 3b, also has a low, cylindrical neck with a threaded riser at the top, and a riser at the base of the neck, where it connects to the body, in the form of a circumferential ring. The bottle body, on the other hand, is flattened and, from above, has the shape of an elongated rectangle, whose two opposite, shorter sides, corresponding to the bottle's side walls, are shaped like short, outwardly convex arcs. In the frontal view, i.e., from the front and back, the contours of the bottle body walls in the upper part are semicircular, and these contours are also arc-shaped below. Furthermore, a symmetrically located riser, shaped like an inverted parabola, with arms pointing downward, is located on both sides of the bottle's front and back walls. The entire surface of the bottle - except for the area between the arms of the parabola - is covered with a fine knurling imitating frosted glass. List of varieties: fig. 1, 1a and 1b - shows the basic bottle design, in which the contours of the front and rear walls in the upper part of the body are arcs and below them are straight, and on each of these walls there is a quadrilateral lug; fig. 2, 2a and 2b - shows a bottle variety in which the contours of the front and rear walls are arcs along their entire height, and on each of these walls there is a quadrilateral lug; fig. 3, 3a and 3b - shows another, second variety of bottle in which the contours of the front and rear walls are arcs along their entire height, and on each of these walls there is a lug in the shape of a parabola with downward-directed arms. The essential features of the design are: - the shape of the bottle body, - the original neck terminated at the base where it is connected to the body with a circumferential ring, - the location of a quadrangular riser on the front and rear wall in the variant in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 and a parabolic riser in the variant in Fig. 3, - the surface of the bottle - except for the riser surface - is covered with a fine knurl imitating frosted glass.
