BIDET STOJACY Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 15.07.1999r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest bidet stojacy. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac bidetu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych fotografiach, na któ- rych fig.l przedstawia bidet w widoku z góry, fig.2 przedstawia bidet perspektywicznie eksponujac jego bok i góre, fig.3 przedstawia ten sam bidet perspektywicznie eksponujac jego bok i góre z kierunku skosnego do osi wzdluznej bidetu, a fig.4 przedstawia bidet per- spektywicznie eksponujac jego przód i góre. Bidet stojacy, wykonany korzystnie z masy ceramicznej, utworzony jest z misy i pod- stawy stanowiacych jedna calosc. Misa bidetu, w widoku z góry, posiada ksztalt zblizony do elipsy wydluzonej w czesci tylnej, w której to czesci kazda z jej bocznych krawedzi przechodzi lagodnym lukiem tworzacym wciecie dochodzace do plaskiej sciany tylnej. Wglebienie misy ma w widoku z góry równiez ksztalt elipsy w czesci przedniej i lukowe zanikniecie czesci tylnej, natomiast jej przestrzenne uksztaltowanie ma postac czaszy elipso- idy z lagodnymi lukowymi przejsciami z obrzeza do zaglebienia misy i z zaglebienia misy do jej tylnej sciany. Sciana tylna na wysokosci górnej plaszczyzny bidetu przechodzi lukiem o mniejszym promieniu w pólke tylna zakonczona usytuowana wyzej listwa maskujaca. Po- nadto, obrzeze misy w czesci tylnej wystaje nieznacznie poza jej zewnetrzna powierzchnie. Podstawa wspierajaca mise od dolu ma postac kolumny o przekroju poprzecznym zblizo- nym do kola w czesci przedniej i stycznego do niego swymi bokami prostokata w czesci tylnej. Tak uksztaltowana podstawa ma lagodne lukowe wciecie biegnace w dól od dolnej czesci wypuklosci misy. Tylna sciana podstawy ma ksztalt polowy paraboli wierzcholkiem zwróconej ku górze, jak pokazano na zalaczonych fotografiach fig. 1, fig.2, fig.3 i fig.4. PL PL PLSTANDING BIDET The right of registration of the ornamental design is valid from 15th July 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is a standing bidet. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the bidet, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the bidet from above, Fig. 2 shows the bidet in perspective, exposing its side and top, Fig. 3 shows the same bidet in perspective, exposing its side and top from a direction diagonal to the bidet's longitudinal axis, and Fig. 4 shows the bidet in perspective, exposing its front and top. The standing bidet, preferably made of ceramic, consists of a bowl and base constituting a single unit. The bidet bowl, viewed from above, has a shape similar to an elongated ellipse in its rear section, where each of its side edges curves gently, creating a recess leading to the flat rear wall. The bowl recess in the top view also has an elliptical shape in the front section and an arc-shaped closure in the rear section, while its spatial shape is an ellipsoid bowl with smooth arc-like transitions from the rim to the bowl recess and from the bowl recess to the rear wall. At the height of the bidet's upper surface, the rear wall transitions with a smaller radius arc into a rear shelf, topped by a higher-positioned cover strip. Furthermore, the rim of the bowl in the rear section protrudes slightly beyond its outer surface. The base supporting the bowl from below is in the form of a column with a cross-section roughly circular at the front and a rectangle tangential to it at the rear. This base has a gentle, arc-shaped indentation running down from the lower part of the bowl's convexity. The rear wall of the base is shaped like a half-parabola with its apex pointing upward, as shown in the accompanying photographs, Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4. PL PL PL
