Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac spluczki przejawiajaca sie w ksztal- cie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych fotografiach, na któ- rych fig. 1 przedstawia spluczke perspektywicznie eksponujac jej przód i góre, fig.2 przed- stawia spluczke perspektywicznie w widoku z góry a fig. 3 i fig.4 przedstawiaja perspekty- wicznie te sama spluczke zestawiona z miska kompaktowa w widoku z boku i w widoku z kierunku skosnego do osi wzdluznej miski. Spluczka stosowana do misek kompaktowych jest zestawiona z pojemnika i pokrywy wykonanych, korzystnie, z masy ceramicznej. Pojemnik ma postac slupa o przekroju po- przecznym zblizonym do polowy elipsy odcietej wzdluz osi wielkiej a jego pobocznice roz- szerzaja sie lukowo w kierunku ku górze. Pokrywa ma w widoku z góry ksztalt odpowiada- jacy otworowi pojemnika a jej górna powierzchnia z brzegowego zaokraglenia wznosi sie lekko i przed tylna sciana jest zakonczona usytuowana wyzej listwa maskujaca, jak pokaza- no na zalaczonych fotografiach fig. 1, fig.2, fig.3 i fig.4. PL PL PLFLUSHING The right of registration for the ornamental design is valid from 15th July 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is a cistern used for compact toilet bowls. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the cistern, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the cistern in perspective, exposing its front and top, Fig. 2 shows the cistern in perspective from above, and Figs. 3 and 4 show in perspective the same cistern combined with a compact toilet bowl in a side view and a view from an oblique direction to the longitudinal axis of the bowl. The cistern used for compact toilet bowls is composed of a container and a cover, preferably made of ceramic. The container has the form of a column with a cross-section approximately half an ellipse cut off along the major axis, and its sides widen upward in an arc. The lid, viewed from above, has a shape corresponding to the container opening, and its upper surface is slightly rounded at the edge, and is terminated in a raised masking strip at the rear wall, as shown in the attached photographs, Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4.
